We ordered a room there twice- one through hostleworld and the other time we physically arrived to the hostlel. In those 2 times the stuff was horrible and they didn’t find our reservation. They talked to us without any respect and assaulted us personally. They don’t know how to run a hostle and how to talk with people. I’ll never go back there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chusay Rooftop & ended up staying here for 4 nights to finish our Cusco trip. It was close to the plaza de armes and about a 5 minute walk from San Pedro Market. It was secure and we felt safe at all times. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and had everything you needed, the bed was comfy! The bathrooms were always clean and the shower was warm and powerful. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, it didn't come with breakfast however hot drinks were free and there was good tea options. It was sooo good for the price and we highly recomend for anyone staying in Cusco :)

Un lugar bueno, bonito y barato, muy amigable para el viajero que quiere compartir experiencias y ahorrarse unos soles. Esta cerca a la plaza, puedes ir caminando en 10 minutos y recorres restaurantes y mercados. El personal es amable y el lugar muy cómodo, con lo básico, buen point para quedarse de mochilero en cusco, recomendado.

Buena ubicación, todo limpio, la cocina muy bien pudiendo hacer tu comida o guardar la bebida en la nevera. El recepcionista Alvin muy amable, atento y nos ayudo bastante. El trato fue muy bueno. Me gusto mucho el sitio. Repetiría sin duda. Un 10!!

Sono partita con l'idea di fare una notte, ne ho fatte 6. Le camere sono calde, la doccia bollente, la cucina e i locali super puliti, il camino acceso e la vista sulla terrazza da togliere il fiato. Il personale poi... Carini, disponibili, sorridenti, eccezionali. Nico, Rachid, Kate, Elvire... Mi avete fatto sentire a casa. Ho pianto quando me ne sono andata. Grazie di tutto 💝

Wir verbrachten mehrere Tage hier. Es war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und die Zimmer sehr preiswert! Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!😊 Die Lage ist gut, zuoberst im Hostel gibt es eine gute Aussicht. Es können Touren via Hostel gebucht werden zu einem guten Preis!

Excellent place, with good vibes, good attention. In its common areas you can socialize and meet travelers from all over the world. The building is always clean, although some guests leave their dirty dishes and dirty things lying around, the very friendly girls from Housekeeping are always there to tidy up and clean. The receptionists are friendly and help you and recommend new places to walk around the city. They know very good places to eat. The local market is very close to the accommodation so if you want to cook you can buy fresh vegetables at a good price. The local market is charming, you find many local people shopping and vendors from the surrounding towns selling their fresh produce.

I just spend 2 months here; the people are the best, but so are the facilities! The kitchen is GREAT, the beds large & thick & solid, great blankets - - even in the 5 bed dorm room I had the best view over Cusco! The Rooftop terrace has incredible views - - right now they are out of gas due to protests, but later if you can go, this is the best place ever.
