Muito bem recebidos, bom chuveiro e camas! Boa localização. Muito cordiais no atendimento. Bom café da manhã! Chá à vontade! Apenas escadas causam um pouco de cansaço aos não locais! Ufa! Ótima relação custo benefício!

The room was fine with a good bathroom. Thee breakfast was good with bread, joghurt, fruits, coffee and eggs if you wish. But I don't like if the bedlinen is every day stucked under the mattress! When I came back, I had to prepare again the bed. Therefore i can recommend only three stars instead of five stars.

Las fotos de la publicidad son engañosas. El hotel es muy austero, los bombillos en la habitación dañados, el baño había que pedir jabón, papel higiénico y toallas. Solo se salva el personal muy atento. La resepcion agradable pero el área de desayunos muy incomoda al igual que el desayuno muy poco y nada para escoger

This was good for one nights stay. But I will warn you it’s paper thin to the outside and you will hear cars and dogs all night and come 7 am you will hear terrible amounts of noise from outside. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

Good choice
Basic, clean hotel. Amazing terrace at top floor with a kitchen where we could cook our own food, big plus! But beware of no elevator so you have to run up and down the stairs a lot!

I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms.
However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me upon my return @ the hotel where I stayed a night before my return trip to Lima.
Overall, their service was awesome and they sure made up for the booking mishap.
