Room was very clean and comfortable. The employees were lovely and extremely helpful. To access the room we had to climb up fire escape type steps (the staff kindly helped us with our bags). The only major issue was the shower. When we went to shower, the handles shocked us. We tried to use a towel to turn the water on and off and the shocks went through the towel. The breakfast was very good … eggs!

Отель в хорошем состоянии, немного на окраине центра, но все же центр. С персоналом никаких проблем. Приветливые и дружелюбные. Чистый номер, отличный санузел. Недостатка два: 1. Окна в коридор, очень уж шумно. 2. Подушки слишком мягкие и маленькие. Но глобально, отель очень хороший.

Excelente Servicio
Estuvimos 2 días en este hermoso sitio. Para empezar decir que el staff es muy amigable especialmente el señor Alex que nos ayudó con muchas de las dudas que teníamos. Además que nos buscó tickets para ciertos servicios como bus y tren. Sobre el hotel, está muy limpio y muy bien cuidado , incluye el desayuno que es muy abundante y delicioso. Tiene todas la comodidades y servicios que necesitas y además está muy cerca del centro de Cusco. Caminando puedes llegar a todos los monumentos históricos del centro de la ciudad.
Alrededor tienes muchos restaurantes de precios muy accesibles que te harán ahorrar algo de dinero que siempre se necesita.
Finalmente solo decir que fue una muy buena estancia.
