The staff were really friendly. They even let me store my luggage for free for my Machu Picchu tour, and they kindly explained how to use the room. Breakfast was also provided for free, and the quality was good! Except for the early check-out time, it was perfect!

Location is great - just seconds of walking to the plaza. However taxi need to back all the way down the alley (which they are fine) so it’s better to ask hotel staff to help with taxi when leaving.
Amenities are slightly outdated as the elevator was under maintenance and need to wait for a few minutes for hot water in shower. Overall still good considering the price and location

A única reclamação que tenho a fazer é o elevador não estar funcionando e não ter um funcionário para ajudar com as malas a subir as escadas. O café da manhã é bem basico, nao tem bolo ou biscoito. Creio que poderia ser melhor. E só essas ponderações, pois de resto eu amei e é la que quero ficar novamente quando voltar a Cusco. Localizado na esquina da Plaza de Armas, é confortavel, limpo e os funcionários Victor, Harold e Ruthy sao muito queridos ❤️. Já estou com saudades.

It’s a friendly budget hotel, nearby main Cusco Plaza. Walking short distances to all major attractions in Cusco. On the last day I got high altitude sickness and the staffs helped me with oxygen breathing and I received decent care. Very appreciated the hospitality! I recovered within 1-2 hours.

I would definitely come back here, super central, literally you leave the hotel and it is a few steps from the Plaza de Armas, the rooms are cozy, warm and the bathroom water is super warm.

The noise from the club next door was terrible. I couldn't sleep at all until 5am because of the thumping vibrations that reverberated through my bones. I wouldn't recommend this place for those who want to go trekking on the Inca Trail. On the other hand, it's recommended for those who want to have fun at the club! Other than that, it's conveniently located just a minute's walk from the square.
