The service is very good. The room is clean. Facilities: complete. Sanitation: clean. Environment: satisfactory. Service: very thoughtful. The second time I stayed at an American hotel. This hotel is very cost-effective. There are many people staying here. The front desk service is very good. It doesn’t matter if you don’t speak English.

Our stay at the Aloft Cupertino was lovely! There is complimentary garage parking, which was important to us when choosing a hotel. The swimming pool is open great hours and is beautifully lit in the evening. The gym has all of the basics. Lemon water is readily available in multiple locations. The location is ideal with many coffee shops in the area including Philz and Starbucks. The Apple Park Visitor Center is a quick drive for Apple fans. The Winchester Mystery House is nearby for an interesting tourist experience. There are complimentary yoga classes and live music nights on certain days of the week.

I like this hotel very much and am very satisfied with it. The hotel is not big, like a manor, but it is well-equipped with a gym, direct drinking water, self-service washing machines and dryers. The front desk clerk is very enthusiastic, and the lobby decoration style is very elegant. It feels pleasing to the eye every day when passing by here. There will be free coffee in the morning. Breakfast is buffet or set meal. We tried the buffet, waffle set meal, and egg custard set meal. Although there are not many varieties, they taste very good and the service staff are very thoughtful. The guest rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and the lighting is appropriate, not as dim as some hotels. There is a coffee machine, microwave, and small refrigerator in the guest room. There is also an ice machine on each floor. There is a Dahua Supermarket and a catering circle nearby. There are many Chinese restaurants, dumplings, barbecue, Qiaojiazha, milk tea, and Chinese food is very authentic. You can choose different stores every day to meet your needs for Chinese food. It is about 15-20 minutes by car from the hotel to Apple headquarters, Google headquarters, and Stanford University, which is very convenient. The hotel has a parking lot and free parking. The surrounding is quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back next time!

This hotel has fallen in love! Every time you come to San Jose, you must stay here! Very convenient for people who don't drive! Downstairs is the square, there are food and drink around, many selectivity, the key is that the hotel is still very quiet and clean! Great!

It's right next to Apple's headquarters. It's very convenient.

Great hotel, it is small but very clean and new. The service is excellent as always. There is also a gym and pool. This hotel seems to host a lot of business travellers. The room I stayed in had a kitchen and a counter. They were also basic cooking tools. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean. The pillows were too soft for my liking but overall the room was clean and had blackout curtains. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9:30AM which is way too early for the non business guests, even if they extend it to 10AM would be a big difference. I've seen a lot of guests try to come in last minute before they close. Also, they do a great job with the breakfast menu, usually a rotation of scrambled eggs, tater tots, bacon/sausage patty. They even have an omelette station where you can customize. They sometimes also have rice and miso soup which is nice considering a lot of their guests are Asian. I was pleasantly surprised to see almond milk available among the many choices of beverage including apple and orange juice. Although they have great breakfast selection, one thing that was definitely missing was vegetables, even steamed veggies/salad or guacamole to go with the salas etc would have been a great addition so that it is more balanced and healthier. I'm saying this because I stayed here for quite a few days and felt a bit unhealthy eating the same menu everyday. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would come back!

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.
