Our experience at this hotel was extremely mixed. I’ll list the good points first, and then mention issues we had, as they were quite significant. Pros: The location was great, close to the airport (about a 12 minute drive) and also right next to a huge mall with a Target and many restaurants, several grocery stories, Starbucks, etc. Super convenient for flying in/out of LAX and also getting around various locations in LA. The aesthetics of the lobby are generally nice and it seems like it’s been renovated recently. There’s also free (and delicious) chocolate chip cookies in the lobby around 5:30 each evening. The front desk staff are generally helpful and responsive. Finally, to the cons: Most of our gripes are related to the hotel’s housekeeping service. The housekeeping service at this hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. We constantly had to call and ask for basic necessities the weren’t replenished: no wash clothes or hand towels, no bedding for the couch bed, several times they failed to take the very full trash out, etc. Worst perhaps of all was how they never changed the paper, ice biner, or glass cups in the room. We used the glasses on the first night of our stay, the next day they took one of the dirty glasses and left the other, never giving us cleans ones or taking the dirty glass for the entirety of our 5 day stay (see photo). They also didn’t replenish the paper coffee cups. At the end of our stay we shared our dissatisfaction with the front desk manager over the poor housekeeping services and she was very understanding and apologetic and there was any way she could make it up to us, which was very appreciated.

I was not given the room that me and one of my colleagues booked by saying its over booked and error by system. We have asked to change on next day. And front dest seems to not feel guilty at all and given some $10-20 coupon and we feel its very regular for them. Dont like they treat the way in this situation. Also have less water flow in shower and basin. Otherwise bed, rooms and location is good as per my works.

The room was very comfortable and there were some nice shops nearby. The room is very clean and there is a lobby on the first floor where you can meet with colleagues. It is the best choice for business travelers.

The hotel has a good location, with shopping malls and catering services nearby, within walking distance; the rooms are spacious, tidy, clean and hygienic; the facilities are complete and comfortable; the front desk staff is friendly and friendly!

Hotel facilities and rooms are very old, gray feeling, sanitation is average, there is nothing near the hotel, breakfast options are few, the quality is average, and the service attitude is OK, but it is not recommended to stay.
