We booked a night through trip.com, went to the hotel staff could not find a booking,  staff reassured us that found booking will call us back so we went into Disney play first,  we immediately asked trip.com customer service, customer service contacted the hotel service department even said we were closed that day for a second not so good hotel we choose , But basically impossible because we are already in the hotel how can not know if it is open, and closed and how can book it, so we asked customer service to ask again first, after two or three hours the hotel called back and told us that there is a room can check-in, originally thought nothing to continue playing , but trip.com called said really no room and asked us to choose a second hotel We can only walk back to the hotel in Disneyland check, the results can really check in no problem, often walk around to destroy the mood, the only good thing about trip.com is customer service reply quickly, but the error message makes the situation more confusing, their solution is to compensate $ 100

I completed the procedure in the morning, left my luggage in a separate building, and went to the park. After the park, you return to the building around midnight, check in, collect your luggage, and go to your room by yourself. If you need help with your luggage, there is a fee per item. When I went to my room, it was different from what I saw in the photos (there was no Cars-designed throw on the bed), there were spider webs on the ceiling, dust on the walls, the fan didn't work, the drain pipe was leaking, and there were various cleaning defects. I called a staff member and explained the situation, but they tried to fix the drain pipe and leave, so I asked for a room change, but they didn't call me back. I asked again and moved to a new room, but it was past 2am. (The room in the attached photo is the new room.) There was no apology from start to finish, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to it. If I had to say what was good, it was that the world of Cars was reproduced, and characters were in various places. I was also happy that I could greet characters and that there was a staff member who could speak a little Japanese.

The cleanliness level was comparable to that of a Japanese business hotel, so it was quite comfortable. The Cars theme was cute, and I was very satisfied. The reception staff were very friendly, and I felt like I had really arrived at Disney! There is also a free shuttle bus to the park, so access is good. As it is in the low price range even among official Disney hotels, it is inevitable that there are fewer amenities, but overall it was a good stay. I would like to use it again when I go to Disney in Paris.

There is no hot water kettle or refrigerator. You have to walk to the room by yourself. If the arranged room is far away, you have to push your luggage slowly. I live on the second floor and I couldn't find the elevator at first, so I had to take the stairs and carry my luggage. It’s hard work! All I can say is that I enjoyed the atmosphere of Disney, eating the buffet in the hotel, and running its own shop. It was quite enjoyable!

Everything else in the hotel is good. When we booked the hotel, Ctrip said that Disney tickets were not included. We booked tickets for 2 more days. The 29th day was booked by Ctrip, and the 30th day was booked by a Japanese platform. Only when we checked into the hotel did we know that it was included. For Disney tickets, the tickets booked cannot be refunded, which will cause us certain financial losses. If you can inform us in advance, you can avoid buying duplicate tickets.

The best benefit is to enter the park one hour in advance The room is a bit small, but it's enough to stay in Disneyland all day The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the park, every 15 minutes, no reservation required

It is highly recommended if you just want to sleep at the cheapest hotel among the Disney hotels. However, I thought it would be difficult on rainy or cold days because I had to walk outside to get to my room. It is recommended for those who are considering price, including that point.
