Great place to stay at

Rina and the staff were great. They were always nice and helpful. Melanie the housekeeper was always greeting people with a smile and if you needed help all the staff had radios to contact each other to help. I was impressed by how well they got the place working and cleaned after the last very big typhoon, the place looked like it never was hit! Finally as an added touch, having my clothes washed and dried smelling really good was perfect.

The resort is really beautiful, the bamboo style buildings etc.. such a nice vibe! There isn’t much around, we only stayed for a night and it was Ok. I recommend it!

My stay at the Alta resort was quiet and peacefull I am an international pro Golfer.and was on tour During that time. Xx

The cost performance was good and the atmosphere was like a jungle! It felt like I was in a tropical country, and I liked the place because I love nature. It was a shame that there was only one bath towel in the room, no face towel, and no bath mat to put under it 😢 Also, there was no electricity in the room, so it was dim and inconvenient. We had a wild time singing karaoke outside until just after 11:00 p.m. (lol) There was also a pool at the check-in counter and another place, and when we went there, there was a pool that was shaped like an open-air hot spring bath, so it was great that my husband and I could have fun there! It was a wonderful time with the night lighting, the wonderful live singing by the pool, and the Western music playing at full volume! But I would like to use it again.

The room was small. The water pressure was low, making it inconvenient to wash. Breakfast was toast, but I had to spread hardened butter on it instead of toasting it. There was an airport nearby, so I had to hear the sound of airplanes late at night or even in the early morning. It was a bit noisy because of the singing from the bar inside the accommodation. It was a remote place where it took a long time to go anywhere. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean, but it was a place that left a lot to be desired.

I didn't have high expectations because I chose this place for a 0.5 night stay, but I was satisfied with the friendly service.

It is the best value for money. Good price for meals and pool facilities
