Convenient location, close to the airport with metro station heading to city center. However, they somehow ran out of shampoo on our first night and couldn't provide us with replacement.

Great location, Field’s shopping Centre and Train/Metro station just 5min away. 2 stops to CPH airport by train cost DKK48. Early checking for IHG member.

Overall a nice big hotel with excellent shared amenities. The first room I was given didn't smell right but when I complained was promptly moved to a no carpet, low allergy room which was excellent. Decent breakfast and good bar but I cannot say the same about the restaurant which I felt was poorly manged. The waiters simply ignored you stood at the desk to get a seat - I have never had to wait for 15 whole minutes in full vicinity of seemingly busy waiters who had to literally look after 2 tables! When I finally did manage to get seated the service was acceptable and the food decent but I had never felt oh so guilty to leave a tip (I always err on the side of the poor waiters). So - good hotel with some effort could be a great hotel. recommended with some caution.

Beautiful hotel stayed two nights was able to park our motorbike safely. It’s a 4 minute walk to the train station which runs every five minutes, to the city centre. You need to buy a ticket before you get on the train. Also there is a big shopping centre near the hotel.

Food is good but too salty. Good location, Field's shopping mall just beside it. Parking garage available and it's free.

Excellent option close to the airport, and you can reach the city centre easily by train or metro. It's also right next to, what we were told, the largest shopping mall in Copenhagen. Extremely convenient, especially for families.

It was all beyond expectations. The staff was kind and polite, willing to help. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms are big and spacious.

Lovely and comfy. Room and bathroom are very spacious. The hotel is close to Metro and very convenient to get to anywhere.

Very friendly and helpful front desk lady! The breakfast is worth paying for as there was a wide spread of food. Would stay here again if I’m back! Thank you for the hospitality
