Good location, but small rooms as in the pictures. The room was not cleaned after the first day, so it seems you need to request it by yourself, so I didn't like this specifically if you are busy in other things.

Great hotel, sophisticated reception, simple rooms with everything you need, comfortable bed with mattress topper and two duvets, windows that open… had a great stay here. We also rented a bike for the day from the hotel which was about £15 and super easy to organise.

not much amenities such as gym or pool. Good location near to metro station. Very small room even with the skyroom upgrade. Need to pay if u want to early check in evem though there’s a lot of room available .

The front desk staff were excellent ( except they didn't tell us where the extra pillow was). Everything else was a major disappointment. The room is small..very small for two people. No storage space. We were supposed to have a water view, unless it was the rain on the window, it wasn't. The bed is a foam pad on the storage place where the extra pillow is located. The curtain blocks out little of the morning light so be prepared for early start. If you want cleaning service , you have to request it the evening before.There is no safe box available so security is not high on the hotel priority. Breakfast is nothing special.and the chairs are notably uncomfortable. As there is no air conditioning the room is stuffy . Overall, it is a solid one star hostel .if you are very price sensitive go ahead but otherwise look elsewhere.

recommended to bring ur electric kettle if u need hot water cuz they do not provided any kettles

It was a really nice trip and very well located where you can also rent their bikes to ride around the city with ease,

Excellent location, near city center and the gastronomic area as well. It’s 10 min walking from the train station and a 10-15 min train that leaves you at the airport! Half an hour walk next to the canal to city center. Recommended. The room is quite small but fitted the travel cot without a problem. Nice view from the 12th floor. Bathroom has a shower and is all glass so not much privacy there. The shower was flooded but after i let them know, they fixed it. The hotel has lockers which you have to pay only 20 dk and can leave your luggage until 00h, basically all day! Super helpful after our 11 check out but flight departing at 22. Also a nice option is self check in and out.

Was requested to pay if you want to check-in early. You would have to pay 20 DKK to rent a locker for the luggages. The staff at the reception kept trying to sell me extra services, such as rooms upgrade and breakfast. Moreover, the room had an odour smell and wasn’t clean.

Great little hotel - decent size and comfy bed, good shower, TV, Wi-Fi, everything you’d need for a short stay. The room was clean and tidy, and a taxi was there within minutes to take me to the airport.

Fast and good service, the rooms are a bit small but new and clean. The breakfast is not expensive and totally enough. The important locations in the city Center and the main train station are reachable in short time by feet. Nice hotel with good service. Nothing to complain 😊
