Hotel services were great. We liked the bathroom floor was warm very much. Breakfast was an excellent choice. The bed was so cozy to sleep. Thank you.

Nice location. Kind staff.

Slight walk every where. Breakfast was good by European standards: small but sufficient range of good quality items. Not many cafes and restaurants nearby. The building next door is being refurbished so we had noise as we were facing it directly.

Hotel location is just awesome. Five minutes away from the main attraction Nyhavn but not exactly in the midst of the crowd. It is situated by the waterways and just about seven minutes away from the main metro station Kongens Nyrtov and is very easy to get to the airport on line M2. The canal tours and hop on hop off bus are easy to get on, not far from the hotel. The breakfast is nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small as in most hotels in Europe and being in a central location makes it a bit pricey. However it is very good value and I would certainly book again.

Very close to all the key tourist spots. Lots of food, bar and transportation nearby. For those enjoy shopping, it is only a 8 min walk away from all the shops and brand stores. The staff are friendly, and I received upgrade upon check in. This is a value choice in the very expensive zone.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a phone charger and they immediately produced one for me. The room was very nice and there is a good bar on the ground floor for meeting people. I would go there again when I’m Copenhagen. .

This hotel is very good. The price is a little bit high, but since it is the designated hotel for the conference, we stayed here. It is still very good. The breakfast is also delicious.

Facilities, breakfast, and staff attitude are all very good! Although the room is a bit small, it is very beautiful, and the staff also upgraded the room for me for free! 😊 It has a terrace, so beautiful! However, it is 10 minutes away from the subway station, and it is not a straight road. You have to cross the road several times in the middle, and there are many uneven roads. This is a bit inconvenient.

Comfortable hotel with an excellent location for getting around Copenhagen on foot. I recommend it.

The room is a bit small and a bit far from public transportation, but considering that the hotel is near Copenhagen Nyhavn, it is only a 10-minute walk away, which is not a big problem. Very friendly to tourists, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the check-in procedure is also very fast. It was a good experience. Oh, you have to tell the hotel the night before that you need cleaning, otherwise it will be defaulted to no cleaning if you stay for two nights~

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. The overall facilities show signs of age and are slightly outdated. The location is about ten minutes away from the subway station, which is pretty good. But there are not many choices for hotel breakfast.
