Good location, not far from the train station and the pier. The room was clean and comfortable, one bedroom and one living room apartment. The reception staff was very enthusiastic and patient. Although it is written as a 4-diamond hotel, close to 2000 nights, it is actually an apartment, there is no front desk and no door. The hotel also wants to contact us in advance to inform us, but unlike airbin, you can contact us directly. After arriving, you need to call the boss to pick us up. Since there is no front desk, the luggage can be stored until 4 o'clock. Pay attention to the matters in advance. It's not a big problem.

My daughter and I had a splendid stay at the Palace Hotel Lake Como, which is a historic and elegant property on the lakefront. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beautiful Como Cathedral and the charming old town. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, with an open and lovely view. The breakfast was delicious and varied, even with smoked salmon for breakfast, coffee was excellent. The staff was courteous and attentive, and made us feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing vacation in Como!

The soundproofing and bed are better than 99% of the hotels I have stayed in. Small details such as the coffee machine kettle is not clean enough, the TV remote control battery is insufficient, and it is easy to splash water when washing your face (the washbasin is a little short), but these are not enough to cover up the advantages. Because the soundproofing and bed are the hard core strength of the hotel. This hotel has both the warmth of a family hotel and the quality of a group hotel.

I chose this hotel after hesitating for a long time. I paid 50 Euro more to get a lake view room. Italian hotels are generally old. Although this one is older, the facilities and rooms feel relatively new. It was very comfortable to stay in and the breakfast was delicious. I can rest assured to book this hotel next time.

The location is really good and the boss is friendly. Basically, water, tea, coffee, towels and soap are ready, but you have to bring shampoo and other shower supplies! There is a restaurant under the hostel and very close to the lake!

It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Como tram and is very close to the city center. The 24-hour Carrefour is also about 10 minutes on foot. The facilities are old, but it was fine for a night's sleep. It felt new because it had an antique feel.

The hotel is 2 kilometers around the hotel. It belongs to the city center. Every day, you can hear the bells of the central church. The corridor is not very good. The room is small, but all the facilities inside are very new, and there are 2 windows. The windows are particularly interesting. Review for a one day stay from Singaporean who stay 29-30 August 22. Location- hotel ideal location near to ferry . 10-15 min walk to cable car. From como railway station . Go down the stair from the exit of the station. Follow the pedestrian crossing and go down and walk straight into the town . Easy . Hotel: super clean . Air con was super good and cold ! I love it . Room wise size is ok. Ruben was helpful and explain to us what to do for our W day stay . Where to take ferry. Where to take cable car . He was nice and smiling . Food: I did not opt for breakfast as there are many food around . I had twice the gelato for nearby shop. It was good ! Overal. My stay in room 403 was great ! Check in and out was easy . Please stay here. At night I also went to the square juat below and chill out with food .
