Everything is good. The toilet condition is old. No toiletries, toothbrush and slipper.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their incredible hospitality made us feel like valued guests. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The amenities were excellent, but it was the staff's warm and genuine hospitality that truly made our stay unforgettable.

The bed was super comfy. Location is a bit far from the center of LA, but the environment was peaceful and quiet. Complimentary chocolate cookie was tasty. Room cleaning could be better ( some hairs were left till the next day, they were my hairs though). Staff were friendly. I'd like to come back :)

The hotel location good, in Citadel Outlet, cleanliness ok, amenities poor, price not cheap.

No complaints. Great service, atmosphere and stay overall.

Great location and hotel rooms! Easy location to get to and close enough to downtown LA.

1) Book king bedded but upon arrival no king bed available. there wasnt even any upgrade. Pretty disappointed with DoubleTree by Hilton. They were very much overbooked. They mentioned that due to booking not done direct no upgrade is possible so we have to live with it. No other option. 2) Requested for change of towels but reception ignored completely.
