"Hyatt's hotel is a bit old, the facilities are old, the room is quite big, for the United States, such a five-star in the country can only be considered Samsung's place is generally OK! However, we booked the advanced king room and prepaid the full price to guarantee. After that, we still told us that the big bed room was gone, and finally only gave us a double bed! The front desk said that we would change it the next day but we didn't mention it until we checked out! We are not going to care about these when we go on a business trip! There are very few breakfast items. There are only five or six things besides omelet. The location is very good. It is in the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, Columbus is a small city and quiet, this hotel is not bad, give 4 points! Add a sentence, you can see the sunrise 🌅"

"The hotel is clean and the service attitude of the staff is very good. The gym is available 24 hours a day and is very convenient. There are many chain restaurants nearby which are also very convenient for dining. There is a small indoor swimming pool and it is also very close to the highway."
"The Hilton Hotel here is a pleasant surprise because the bed is very comfortable, the kind that allows you to sleep all night long, super good 👍. The hotel lobby is well designed, with the sun shining in, and unique design elements. The Hilton Hotel has two buildings, and there is a suspended passage between the two buildings. Standing on the passage, you can take photos, which is very photogenic"
"This was a great centrally located stylish hotel. Went with a friend to a concert in the area. Room was clean with a great view of downtown. We enjoyed the bar in the evening and the snack stand. Definitely would stay again!"

GGuest UserLovely inn! Exceptionally clean, easy to access from the freeway and very close to the north market (15 minutes on the bus!). The room was so much nicer than I was expecting - honestly, nicest motel type accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, massive TV, warm and comfortable bed. Our friend who came to stay in another room also could bring his dogs (for a modest extra fee), which was pretty nice. In the morning they also gave us a coffee and breakfast sandwich, which was generously sized and very tasty! Definitely hope to stay here again - perfect for weekend trips to Columbus.
GGuest UserPerfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy
LLynn CurcijaOur experience was a good one. My husband and I commented on the cleanliness of everything! The breakfast was typical but good. The pool/hot tub was on the smaller side, but for us, it was perfect having a 5 year old who loves to swim. I took one star off for amenities due to there being no actual vending machines, but instead, the little ”store” in the lobby, it was a bit overpriced.
张张智维Traffic jams like you, wherever you go, you can come up with a hard-working brother and a man and a male economist. I think you want to know what you want to solve. When you think you want to go home, you need to solve it.
KKJBoydThe staff was very nice and apologetic when the stay did not go as planned. The hotel was very quiet and didn't feel crowded even though we were told they were sold out. Those are the good parts of our stay. The not good parts: our room smelled musty, but it took us a little while to discover why. My daughter took off her shoes to walk to her bed that was by the window and the air conditioner unit. What we thought was just stained carpet wound up being sopping wet from the unit dripping. The floor was so saturated that it would literally make a squishing noise when we walked on it. I went to pick up the phone to call the front desk and there was no dial tone. After checking the wiring and finding nothing amiss except that it was very clearly dead, we walked out to the front desk. The lady at the front desk apologized profusely and tried for several minutes to find us another room for the night, she explained that they were completely sold out and had nothing else for us. We went back to our room to get some rest as we were in the middle of a 15+ hour road trip and it was already after 11pm. We listened to the AC unit dripping onto the floor all night long. In the morning, I went to take a shower only to have absolutely no hot water at all. The water got to around room temperature and that was as far as it would go. All in all, not a great experience, but the staff was very polite and apologetic.
BBobbi WhiteThe staff was polite (kinda broke the waffle batter dispenser and were nice about the whole thing) and super helpful when I needed something. I found it odd tho that if your TV is too loud that they just turn off the sound to the TV instead of saying something. So the rest of my stay i watched things off my phone and swam. I overall enjoyed my stay not sure if I would stay again bc of the TV thing tho😅
WweihuaThe hotel is close to the airport, and there is a free car to pick up and drop off the airport. Clean and tidy, and the room is quite big. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, as well as gas stations, parking is free, it is recommended to stay
BBrandon HendersonHotel did not change sheets when requested, only the towels despite requesting changes foe both. Room service just tossed the sheets on a chair and added fresh towels to the room. Had to call the hotel externally as the phone did nor have a power source, in order to request things. Front desk staff ranges from pleasant to childishly unprofessional. Many other staff working food or cleaning either don't speak English, or speak a limited amount.
Otherwise, clean rooms and relatively inoffensive.
Breakfast is NOT 15 dollars. It's two prices depending on who you ask among the staff members.
MMisty DewaltWe booked the one night and check in was easy and fast. Went thru the hall doors to access our room and the hall was so smokey and smells of **** strong. Our rooms were clean. Vending machine ******. Morning breakfast don't exist. No pool. Over all for just a place to sleep it did its job.
