very comfortable lobby area...nice/spacious breakfast area...clean and comfortable room with comfortable beds...good ac and clean bathrooms...rooms were updated...front desk staff informative and friendly and professional....great location to highway 25...pool and hot-tub clean...all in all a very good value for the money!

This understated hotel was an excellent choice when needed while waiting for vacancy at my work retreat hotel. The shuttle service from airport was a short wait, worth it for the tips on the area from the driver. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom counter was a treat for the female traveler. The bed allowed me the best sleep I have had while on travel in a long time, truly! I recommend this hotel. The basics are delivered spectacularly.

I am absolutely horrified at the fact I stayed here. I saw it was very disgusting, and I figured my husband and I would stay and try it out, BIG MISTAKE. We got a room that I am very sure had mold, our bed sheets were old and most likely dirty. They look like they haven’t been washed in a long time, and there was tons of strains in the sheets. PLEASE do not stay here. There’s a super 8 and Motel 6 about a 5 min walk, much better option.

Disabled not welcome. We had booked afternoon tea for a party of 9. I am in a wheelchair. There are 3 accessible parking spaces in the back lot, none of them have hash marks for unloading a wheelchair. I had to use a separate entrance from my party, the workers entrance where people are coming in and out with trays of food and where the dumpsters are. Dehumanizing and the staff seemed irritated I was back there. Their website says the main level is wheelchair accessible, and that they have an accessible bathroom. While I was able to get in to the area to have tea, the bathrooms were not even remotely accessible. I have a standard wheelchair that is 24 inches wide, the one bathroom that did not have stairs going down in to it was not able to be navigated by wheelchair. A staff member told me I might have better luck on the 5th floor, where there are stall bathrooms...but the elevator is also not accessible for a standard chair. It is blocked by a door on a hinge that doesn't open wide enough to allow entry. A full sized power chair would be hopeless in most of the building. There is no excuse in this day and age to lack accessibility. The gift shop is also inaccessible. So is the tour. The overall feeling was very hostile and unwelcoming. 3 of our party have celiac disease. There is a $3 upcharge for gluten free food, which much like the accessibility was just a nod to appearances. The scones were miniscule and so dry that my SIL begged for some jam (that doesn't come with them) to try and soften them enough to eat. The regular food had a nice presentation, the gluten free looked pretty much slapped together. It was definitely not worth the $40 price tag. Tea is bagged, and left to steep in the pot. This was a special occasion and most of our party was from out of town. I would not return, there are far nicer and more welcoming places to have afternoon tea that don't discriminate against disabled people.

Spent one night while traveling home from holiday trip. Was very nice room and clean. Breakfast was was good and had nice variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. We've stayed in 3 BW hotels in other parts of the state and this one was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is amazing. I stay at the Satallite each time we visit Colorado Springs. And by we I mean my great grandson and my lil service dog Sunny. The rooms are equipped and clean. We will be returning. Also the Springs is filled with entertainment so one will never be bored.

Motel 6 Colorado Springs is located off I-25, only 3 miles from downtown and just one exit from Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Shop or dine within one mile. Our modern rooms offer on-site laundry, with free Wi-Fi.

We came for the USAF graduation. First night we checked in the pool which was to be a highlight, was unavailable because of a weekly schedule swimming lesson. So guests can't use the pool. I was going to go elsewhere but the guy at the front desk said it's only 3 hours one night a week. So we stayed. We swam the next day and it was great. Saturday we scheduled our day around a long swim in the morning. Went to the pool and they are giving swim lessons again. We are told pool isn't closed, you can swim. There is an entire class of toddlers accompanied by parents in water doing lessons with instructors calling out directions. They were changing a toddlers' diaper on the pool deck! BTW there are no bathrooms in pool area! Really? Also room service was skipped even though we requested ahead of time per the rule.
