Family-friendly Hotels in Colombo

For the price I paid, i Expected more. Room was good enough - but the AC was split type and noisy. Booked hotel because of GYM - but it was almost always locked and at 6am - no one was awake to unlock it for me. Cafe in Lobby is decent. Checkin at about 11pm was alright......guy on duty at the time wasnt the friendliest to welcome

It was a very convenient hotel. There are several restaurants, but not all of them were available, but the buffet style restaurant was very easy to use.

I booked the hotel for a friend and he absolutely loves the place. The rooftop bar and the pool were the highlights of his comments. Unfortunately he didn't get the sea view from his room but it doesn't negate the overall quality of the hotel. Situated at a very central place facing the Indian Ocean along the Colombo Marine drive. It's conveniently located between the Galle Road and the Marine Drive. Close to many other main places in Colombo.

Love the place couldn’t stay for long only one day we stayed but love with the foods great taste and good comfortable the room was.

I thought it was a very luxurious hotel and it was amazing. I can definitely recommend it to everyone.

Best Hotel , Best Location and Best service ever we experienced in the stay. buffet Breakfast and a buffet dinner is Amazingly Delicious very wide spread all continental, local, Chinese cuisines.

We stayed at this hotel for our first two nights in Sri Lanka. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and gave us great service. Room service was devine and we were hooked on the locally made kottu . Dinner and breakfast the next day was also very good with a variety of foods to choose.

Great service! Nice view (Even though the construction site is seen a lot), but from the bed, it was amazing as we could see only blue sky & blue ocean side only. I didn't ask birthday cake for my wife but when we checked in, it took a bit while as the manager seemed to be a bit busy to handle our check-in and he went back and forth to check something. When we went up to the room, we found there were nice cake says ”Congratulations” and it was so touched and nice. Also as we could enjoy late check-out, we had a very good rest during the weekend. The bed is so comfy enough to pass out all night and room was clean and well managed. But above all, nothing can beat the beautiful view from the room. We definitely visit this hotel again.

Why are there no tea bags? There is no water in the gym? Seems to be available in the most ordinary hotels? It seems that more than one person said that there are no tea bags. It is strongly recommended to put drinking water in the gym, otherwise it will be too different from your star hotel.

The security system of this hotel is very good! I think security is very important when you are away from home! Then the room is very big! The overall facilities are OK, but the air conditioning is still backward! But it is very good! The living room is also very big!
