The service was OK but room was so small. Should be more big. Rooms are not ideal for family. Breakfast time stuff can not copap with the busiest time. Hotel was full and breakfast item was less.

Overall very satisfied with the price/performance ratio. Highly recommended.
Arrive at 12 noon and you can already check in. It’s quite clean.
Mainly it’s very convenient to go to club volta to watch a performance. It’s an 8-minute walk.
There are quite a few restaurants nearby, but German restaurants generally close very early.

It was our first stay at this hotel. We were at a concert at the ”Palladium” and this hotel was within walking distance.
Daniel (a hotel employee) gave us a very friendly ”welcome” and was able to give us good tips for our stay.
A small plant called ”Annemie” was our 'sleepover buddy' and served a good purpose for nature and the environment.

Been an amazing stay with great service!! Past reviews seemed bad but i do not agree as the staffs were really nice. Even managed to get early checked in at 1150am, when we reached at 1130am, as the staffs rushed to help us get checked in. Breakfast was on the pricier side for 17 euro but it was really good and widespread!

The hotel is very central in the old town of Cologne. We were there for a night. The staff at the check-in and check-out was very friendly. It was all clean and ordened in the room. There was nothing to defect.
Two things we would like to do for this hotel:
We think the mattresses have seen better days once and should be exchanged again.
Though the hangs are available, but unfortunately not light-intranslated. It will be very bright in the room in the morning. Not everyone booking there is on a business trip and must stand up early in the morning. 😉

I visited Cologne to see the performance.
The location was good because it was close to the central station and the concert hall.
There are many restaurants around, and you can walk a little bit by the Rhine.
The room was clean and all the facilities were good.
However, there was no elevator, so it was difficult to walk up and down the rotary stairs to the fourth floor.
I think it's hard for people with a lot of luggage.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is very convenient to both get from the station and walk through many sights that are in step-by-step access.
The room is small but there is everything necessary. Comfortable bed and pillow, sleeping wonderful! There is a refrigerator, waifei works perfectly. On the first floor there is a restaurant where breakfast is held. You can also leave your luggage if you wait before your departure and you want to walk on a light.
Staff is very responsive! The most adequate price in the area.
