Was there for a business trip. Hotel was nice, big room and nice toilets. There's a desk and some chairs but the TV is too small for the distance from the bed. A lot of varieties for breakfast. There's parking under the hotel for EUR20 per night which you can pay when you checked out. But the spaces are small and limited.

This Hotel is in the city center. It is very convenient and close to Koln Dom and train station. A lot of super markets and stores around as well as resturants. Fantastic experiences.

The hotel is not too close to the bus and subway, about a few hundred meters away; there is a supermarket nearby (not too close); there are restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western food; there are many hair salons, bars, nightclubs, etc. nearby; the hotel is very clean; there are few breakfast options and it is not delicious

The hotel is very new and clean, and the service of the front desk guy is also good. I arrived at 10 o'clock in the morning and asked me if I was a hotel member so that I could get a room in advance. Perfect location at the Schokoladenmuseum. Check in experience terrible. Despite advance email communication has no request seemingly been addressed. Incompetent staff even needed to ask supervisor where to find a razor. Broken lift causing extended waiting times.

If you are planning to visit the city Center is not well located. The evening team (a lady) was really friendly and helpful. The morning team, a couple of gents were not, they seemed like they did not want to attend us.
