The location was good and the room was clean, but the shower didn't drain well. It would have been better if there was a bathtub.

Veraltetes Hotel mit enttäuschendem Service Ich habe allein im Thermenhotel Mauritius übernachtet und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, und das merkt man überall: Flecken auf dem Bettlaken und Teppich, Schimmel in den Fugen der Dusche und Schmutz auf Fensterbrett und Heizung. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, was besonders nachts stört. Das Personal war leider nicht sonderlich freundlich oder hilfsbereit, besonders wenn es um die Parkplatzsituation ging – es gibt keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel, und man wird auch nicht proaktiv informiert, wo man parken kann. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich und recht unspektakulär. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht dem, was ich von einem Thermenhotel erwartet hätte, und ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.

Unfortunately our room (405) was next to the lift , which we could clearly hear so it disturbed us quite a lot in the night.
Also found the pillows quite hard.
Wardrobe door loose at the top so need to be opened carefully.
Shower was good.
Breakfast is a bit on the pricey side for what’s available.

I enjoyed my stay in Mauritus hotel in Cologne. Hotel has central location near Heumarkt tram station. Yet it is calm.
Entrance hotel can only be made by card so wuite secure
One good thing for me was that it has got minibar since I needed to use dormmy meds.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location. Easy to get to the bars restaurants and nightlife. Friendly staff and check in was straightforward and easy. Would definitely stay again. Only disappointing thing was not having tea and coffee facilities in the room
