酒店地理位置優越，就在科隆大教堂邊上，很好找，酒店房間裏面也很乾凈寬敞，該有的各種設備設備都有，包括電水壺。而且酒店的服務非常好，非常細心，暖心，貼心，早餐花樣很多，吃得非常好，而且還有專門的荷包蛋，酒店的工作人員還專門給介紹各種早餐的花樣，真的不錯，強烈推薦。

它的早餐很驚艷，兩位老闆自己做的早餐，味道與擺盤水準竟然跟五星級媲美，圖六的煎餅很好吃。房間和樓道一塵不染，超級乾淨。地理位置非常方便，位於大教堂和巧克力博物館之間，附近有博物館、餐館和紀念品店。老闆經理善良熱情。但是沒電梯，適合輕行李的人士。晚上六點後入住得自助拿房鑰匙。

I booked through their website after checking on TripAdvisor. They are beyond words:room is just big enough, everything is clean! The breakfast has splendid taste and choices with specialty coffee choices. Walking from the train is five minutes and also close to Market Square with many restaurants.

Hello. We are very happy about our stay one weekend in September 2025 in Hotel Stern am Rathaus. It is a nice place in the heart of the city center of Köln, near the city hall (Rathaus), on walking distance from the central train station, the cathedral and the riverside. The receptionist is really very kind and helpful. The breakfast is amazing delicious, with so many little nice details that make the difference. The room is extremely quiet and the bed very comfortable. So, I can recommend this nice hotel to everybody and I will certainly book there again when I come back to Köln! Thanks a lot for everything! This was our second stay at Stern am Rathaus and it was just as good as I remember the first time. The accommodation is very comfortable and stylishly presented, the location perfect, and the hospitality second to none. We loved the breakfasts, the attention to detail of all staff and their good humour and pleasant nature. We will definitely be back and look no further than Stern am Rathaus.

Andy was so helpful, kind, and energetic. For late check in they provided a map with directions and PHOTOS, a goddsend at 1am after a day of traveling. The rooms were very clean, AC strong, water hot, and very thoughtful outlet placements. Would 100% stay again and recommend.
