It's about a 10-minute walk from Cologne Station. The Chocolate Museum and Cologne Cathedral are also within walking distance, making it very accessible.
Breakfast is included, the staff are friendly, and the price is reasonable, so I think it's a good value for money accommodation. I would recommend it.
However, please note that the rooms do not have air conditioning or refrigerators. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, so I stayed in a room on the fourth floor, and had to take the stairs halfway up. If you don't mind small details, this is a good place to stay.

位置不錯，衞生整理的很好，自助早餐感覺還可以，麪包水果牛奶等都有。
設施很一般，房子老舊電視小床小這些都無所謂，但是WiFi 和熱水令人失望。我的手機連的上網，但是筆記本從來連不上。最大的問題是沒有熱水！！！洗了冷水澡，每天反映但是都解決不了，服務員態度OK，他們輪流值班都説反饋了，但是直到我退房仍然沒熱水！

Für den Preis echt in Ordnung. Lage ist gut, Italiener gegenüber sehr gut. Hotel und Zimmer etwas älter, aber in Ordnung. Sauberkeit auch in Ordnung, habe nicht mit Lupe geschaut aber mich auch nicht geekelt. Frühstück war auch gut. Basic Hotel Frühstück.
Einziges Manko: Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig/die Tür schlecht geräusch-isoliert.
