Stayed in a two bedroom cabin. The amenities were great, very comfortable bed with clean linen. Parked right outside. We arrived outside of hours, and it was a bit of a faff trying to speak to someone to arrange a key out of hours. I was supposed to receive an e mail as I didn't have any phone access, only an e data sim. Fortunately, I spoke to someone after several attempts on my brothers phone before leaving Sydney. After this, all was fine. The downfall of this property, as others mention, is its proximity to the main highway so noisy with traffic all night. Also, you need a car to get about as it's also a drive to the jetty and beaches and restaurants. Only given a 3 star as was a bit dusty and could do with a refresh. Would have probably given it a 4 star if we hadn't stayed in another Reflections in Ballina, which was a lot newer and cleaner.

I had a lovely stay at Copeton Waters! I truly appreciated the natural setting — waking up to kangaroos grazing nearby was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It was incredibly refreshing to be surrounded by nature and enjoy some much-needed quiet time. I arrived later in the evening and it was already dark. I wasn’t aware there was no phone reception, and I didn’t manage to get the WiFi password beforehand, which made me a little anxious as I had shared the wrong map address with my boyfriend and needed to contact him. Thankfully, a kind soul named Steve came to my rescue and helped me get in touch with him — very grateful for that! That said, now that I know what to expect, I’d absolutely come back better prepared. Next time, I’ll fully embrace the no-network experience — no distractions, just peace and nature all around. A perfect little escape!

DRIVE PAST this caravan park as it's definitely not worth staying here. We were so unhappy with our stay as we did not get any sleep the whole time we were there as the truck/traffic noise was horrendous. We understand that you are situated on the main highway but we had no idea to what extent this would impact on our enjoyment of staying at your park. If what you were charging was more reasonable, then we would understand and would not need to complain about this. On top of this, we had to put up with further disruption with the noise coming from the showgrounds being set up for the caravan expo. directly next door. We are puzzled to know why we weren't placed a little further away from the main road when there were plenty of other vacant spots, and just as a side note, we've never experienced such a bumpy road entering & leaving the boom gates, that we thought it would do damage to our motorhome. This really needs to be fixed for future motor homers etc. Yes it has the advantage of being close to town, but most people have a car to get to the shops and we would much rather have had a more quiet stay & get more sleep than being able to walk to the shops. Much better parks to stay in for the price ! Never again !

I checked in just after 5. Initially the ladies in reception were nice. I was travelling with my newborn and 5 year old. When going in our cabin I notice food splatter on the floor, cob webs and dust everywhere and black mould all over the walls. I called reception just before 6 to find they were closed and left voice mails and sent emails asking to be moved to a clean cabin. To make matters worse we couldn’t leave because they close the gate thing so you can’t drive out. I was forced to stay with my newborn and little boy in a black mouldy room which is not safe especially for a newborns lungs, I still feel sick thinking about it. I put my kids in the car at 3am and decided to try leave as it was making me feel sick, we waited and tried to get out the gate for a good 20 minutes before I started to call emergency services to help us get out then they eventually let us out. The videos I have are way better detail than the photos I’ve uploaded. The park has agreed to give me a refund which still hadn’t happened as of yet. Please don’t stay here with your children.

Stayed here for a couple of weeks. Place is great, staff could not have been more helpful and friendly management were out and about meeting with guests. A real homely feel. All amenities were spotless! We will definitely be back. Close to everything!

We had never been to Copeton Dam before, but we absolutely loved it. The dam is massive, even though there was thousands of people there, everyone was so spread out that it didn't feel busy at all. Such a beautiful relaxing spot, we'll be back for sure!

Easy to find. Was concerned about the noise as it’s next to Pacific Highway , but in the evenings and night it was peaceful Good, basic amenities all very clean. Powerful showers with plenty of room and hot water. Clean toilets etc. good kitchen area too. I liked the ethos of being a not for profit organisation.

Good facilities close to city, only issue being the traffic noise 24/7 lots of trucks brakes and police station across the road with sirens. C.Ex Coffs is just around the corner, good food etc, lots of Pokies, TAB and lots of TV screens for sports.

The park itself has nothing whatsoever wrong with it.. The ablution block has recently been renovated beautifully… If only it wasn’t next to the Pacific Hwy next to an intersection. We spent a Sunday night & got next to no sleep with the traffic all night, especially the trucks non stop braking then taking off not to mention the odd hoon.. 😵💫🥱

We booked for 2 nights but left half way through the first. Cabin noise was unbearable, right on the highway. When mentioned to the manager via email after we left her reply was "our address is on a highway, you should of expected noise". When we say noise we mean trucks and airbrakes metres from the cabin. There is a set of traffic lights so they all stop!.Lots of other small issues, fly screen door fell off as soon as I opened it. Cabin was dirty and smelt. The managers attitude was pretty average to say the least. You will have a better night sleeping in your car.

It doesn’t have easy access to enter the caravan park, you have to contend with a lot of traffic. We booked a cabin, as we had stayed in Reflection Caravan Parks in the past we thought this would be as good. Big mistake although very clean it is very outdated, normally this would not bother me but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, time for a new one. The park being right on the Pacific Highway and there being no insulation the highway noise especially the trucks made sleep very difficult. There was no getting away from the noise. Since this was a business trip, WiFi was very necessary, and part of the reason we book to stay there. Well we had no WiFi and as we worked all day by the time we got back to our cabin the staff had gone. When we did get the chance to advise of this problem we were told there was no problem. If you planning on staying here ask for a cabin at the back that may block some of the road noise.

Coffs Harbour park not as described and we can’t have water conected to our van which is not acceptable , I spoke to the office there fully aware off this issue , just turn your tap on a little , well that’s just great a trickle into the van no thanks , we may aswell free camped using our water tanks anyway , I do not recommend this park I’ll be glad to leave I would now if I hadn’t already paid , only good thing are the cute rabbits running around
