Clark County Hotels with Airport pickup service

I work in television production, and I'm responsible for my crew's accommodations while on the road. I'm beyond impressed with the Homewood Suites by Hilton Henderson. It's very rare to say that, but in this case, they have bent over backward to help us secure what we need for our shoot. Porsha, in the sales department, could not be more pleasant or professional. She manages to keep up with our requests, in the nicest way possible. Keep doing what you are doing over there, Homewood Suites Henderson. We appreciate you!

This place has the RUDEST employees. I’ll start w/Carlos. Does not smile, didn’t care that we ordered a microwave a day prior to getting here for my daughters medication. We spoke to Lia, she assured us of microwave on arrival and none. We called Carlos from room and he said $25 per day! He couldn’t have cared less about the fact that we were promised one at NO CHARGE. Then we request late checkout, (Lia) 4:15. An employee knocks on door at 9:30 to tell us we need to be out by 10 or 11:00 am. Her sheet said 4:15! ( we were always going to leave by noon)! The place is dirty and only two VERY SLOW elevators. ( Only one is operable, this morning)15 minute wait for elevator. )The rooms smell like smoke and close to freeway so you can hear traffic all night. We were only staying one night as we’re headed to Phoenix from Reno. Would not suggest this place , stay somewhere else. This is owned by Hilton, never again…Back to Marriotts from now on. I had a very nice week here recently. The room is basic …..a bed and a chair so don’t expect Caesar’s Palace. But I just slept here and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed the mini fridge and microwave. Perfect TV and Wi-Fi. Good tasting breakfast with very nice servers with smiles on their faces. Nice front desk staff who were super helpful. Just ten minutes from the action on the Strip. Quiet and comfortable and a good place to hang out at night after busy sightseeing days. Only four floors, so no need to walk a mile to your room. It was a perfect place for a week exploring the Strip.

The hotel has a very good breakfast and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Because I had to catch an early flight, I didn't wait for breakfast, but I could get some fresh fruit and coffee prepared early. This is what the front desk lady is very intimate to tell.

I have stayed here a few times in the past year. Originally I booked this hotel because of it's location and price. You can literally see the airports runway from this hotel, so if you're in need a place to stay on a long layover, or maybe you need to arrive in Vegas a day or two earlier than an event on the strip then this is a good hotel. Staff has always been very kind and accommodating. Rooms are clean and newly renovated. Even if you have a group of 4 you don't feel cramped in the rooms. They do have a small pool if you're looking to cool off in the Vegas heat. They have a great free breakfast and coffee and tea is available 24/7. But I would not stay here if it's your first time visiting Las Vegas or if you're interested in visiting the strip. There is nothing near by and you will need to uber to sightsee or find restaurant options. Otherwise this place is great for a quick stay!

Apart from the fact that we have booked airport in the place of City Center, there is nothing exceptional to report. A proud price for the classic one-way cart breakfast, but there is nothing to make in itself. And you don't go to Vegas because of the hotel comfort

The room is very nice, newly built, the facilities are very clean, and the room is also very large. The only strange thing is that there is a relatively large air conditioner in the room, which is a bit noisy near the window, and the machine starts up from time to time. Location: Because it is not close to the main street, it is also very quiet at night. But if you want to go to some attractions on the main street or watch shows, it will be a bit far, but it can be reached in about 15-30 minutes by car. Breakfast: Buffet style, the food is quite satisfactory, with basic eggs, milk, bread and sausages. Parking: Free, which is more friendly than other hotels.

I believe it is a great choice if you want to get away from the strip! Truly enjoyed my stay.

As a regular Residence Inn patron, I have a pretty good idea of what to expect during my stay. This particular stay offered me only the bare necessities. The room only had 2 hangers, the “fully equipped kitchen” contained just enough cups, plates, bowls & silverware for one person to eat one meal. I stayed 4 nights, but was only offered housekeeping once! It was about 5pm, I had been out all day. I was unpleasantly surprised to return to a room still in need of service! After I ate dinner, I was in the restroom when a housekeeping associate knocked on my door, & let herself in! Upon arrival, I requested a 3 pm late checkout, and was told I would receive it. Ironically, at 12:01 pm, the day of my departure, a housekeeping associate was knocking on my door! She asked if I was checking out that day! I was highly upset! I informed her that I was scheduled for a late checkout. She said ok, & moved on to the next room. When I checked out, I told the associate in the lobby what had just happened, & I asked her if there was a record of my late checkout. She apologized & said she could not find it in the system. She said she would inform the manager of the issue. I have yet to hear anything from the manager & the usual email requesting my thoughts about my stay, as a Marriott Rewards member, never arrived.

We stayed 15 & 16 of Sept 2022, having booked in March. Immediately things got off to a bad start, the male reception simply ignored us on arrival for 5 minutes. A female receptionist from the back of the office was called out who booked us in, the room was on the ground floor at the front. It smelt strongly of smoke, was much smaller than anticipated and very noisy given the garage opposite. After raising with reception the room was sprayed with a deodorant. After 5 minutes the smoke smell overpowered this. We then asked for a room change and were given one on the third floor. This smelt better and was of the size expected. The hotel has no restaurant, so for evening meal offers a room service, which incurs additional cost of transit, service and taxes, roughly another 20$. The hotel has no adjacent restaurants, there is a Mexican take away, which we used. Breakfast is self service to a very limited scope, the hot offering was only chipolatas, scrambled egg, toast or waffles, the cold is flavoured yoghurts, cereals and milk. The breakfast staff were very pleasant borderline apologetic. You must use a taxi or the bus to get to the Strip in central LV. A good tip is to buy for 8$ an all day access to the bus, so you may use it as often as you wish to go up and down the Strip as well as getting away from the hotel. The second evening, the room had no replacement coffee or tea and in the morning there was no hot water, it was stone cold all morning. At breakfast the chipolatas had been changed for very thin burgers, these tasted awful and were inedible. A second tip is to use their shuttle bus from the airport and back, you'll have to call them on arrival. Otherwise nothing to commend staying here
