Budget hotel that meets basic needs

to modify a reservation they refer the customer to the partner site while any hotel accepts the management of a reservation reslized at partner. Bad relationship

Stayed here for a night. Wasn't a good experience. The hotel needs some improvement. Aircon wasn't working properly. Tried to order some hot drinks downstairs as there was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee but for some reason the guy said we haven't got water. Disappointed with Breakfast. It was too many people at Breakfast. No space to sit. Just terrible. Better stay elsewhere.

We ended up in this hotel due to a booking error, and given the reviews, we were a bit worried, but at the end the stay has been average. First of all, the hotel is well connected to public transportation and newly furnished, then our room was small but essential, and quite clean, Hotel staff was even more willing than expected.

Pleasant, modern welcome, with a bar at the entrance, a relaxation area with games for children. The staff is very attentive, smiling and friendly. Breakfast is from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. it is quite copious, both sweet and savory. The room is quite well appointed. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is excellent with a large shower and a hairdryer available. We were delighted with our stay at this establishment. We will come back.

Very pleasant hotel with dynamic staff. The room is functional with good bedding and very well soundproofed. The breakfast offered is diverse and varied, there is something for everyone (sweet/savory). Ideally located in relation to the tramway. Underground parking is available.

Top staff, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The breakfast is plentiful. The hotel also offers a catering service. The location is perfect, restaurants nearby on foot (pizzeria, sushi, etc.), small casino right next door to do some shopping. As a little extra, there is underground parking at the hotel.

While passing through Paris, we took the option of sleeping at the Ibis de Clamart hotel. Upon arrival, underground parking is available right next to the hotel entrance! The only problem is that its height is limited to 1.90 m. Being equipped with a roof box, we were forced to park in the street in front of the hotel. Once you enter, the welcome is courteous and pleasant. We access our room for 4 people which turns out to be rather spacious but far from perfect condition. We are clearly not in a 5 star hotel. The street in front of the hotel is very busy, and the tram passes there very often, day and night. The double glazing still attenuates street noise very well. The bedding wouldn't have been too bad! The only downside was that we were unable to use the air conditioning and suffocated in the heat for a good part of the night. Finally, we took the breakfast option and were not disappointed by the buffet which was complete and of rather good quality. A mixed assessment regarding Ibis Hôtel Clamart.

Very good experience during my stay at the ibis de Clamart! The staff was attentive, professional and smiling. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is of good quality. My favorite hotel when I come to Clamart, close to transport, I can only recommend!

The facilities do their job, clean; However, poor treatment of the customer, at reception while we were waiting for our room, sitting at a table, the girl in charge of the restaurant called cloe or cloy (I don't know the correct way to spell it) rudely got us up and as we walked she practically ran us out of the place ; and the person in charge of reception and room assignment also chased us away from the reception table while we were writing some papers that we needed to fill out so we could go up to our room; I understand that they are their workplaces; but the manner and manner of doing it so rudely made us feel extremely uncomfortable on our vacation. Conclusion: Terrible treatment since arrival. Don't expect much from the place. At least on the evening shift.

When I arrived there was a squashed mosquito on the bathroom wall, in plain sight. Another also crushed on the bedroom curtain. The bathroom door has traces of drips. At night, mosquitoes enter the room without the window being open. The staff could not resolve this problem.

Very disappointed with the welcome. The receptionist there told us to wait because we were arriving at the wrong time (2 p.m. time when we can have our rooms), she was checking out. All you had to do was give us the room card, everything was already taken care of. Also when we asked where the access to the parking lot was. We were told that there were no more. But we could park at the drop-off point. We supposedly risked nothing. Parking is always mentioned on the booking site. Positive point: the gentleman present and responsible for the very friendly breakfast.
