When checking in, Xiao Zheng's service was very enthusiastic and he even gave the children mosquito repellent patches. The room is also large, the sound insulation effect is good, and no abnormal noise is heard. There are also a lot of soft drinks at the mini bar, and the hotel's slippers are relatively comfortable and soft. In addition, just in time for Children’s Day, there are also parent-child handicraft activities for children. The swimming pool is big and the children had a lot of fun. It is also relatively close to the city center. I am planning to go to Hipi Island at the end of the month. I checked the navigation and it is only 13 minutes away, so I booked a family room with another theme.

AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

Facilities: Air conditioning heating is very powerful, complete facilities.
Service: The staff is very warm and feel good.
Summary: Even if it is newly renovated, there is no decoration taste, and the treatment is in place. I will stay in Cixi in the future. The fried skewers downstairs are also great.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

GGuest UserThe hotel room has a beautiful courtyard view and a small balcony. The room is clean and facing the inner courtyard, which is very quiet. The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. They also gave us snacks from Cixi when we checked out. There is a freshly ground coffee machine in the lobby, and guests can drink for free. I will choose this hotel next time if I have the chance.

Service: I felt the hospitality as soon as I arrived at the hotel. A large plate of fruit was sent. The electric car was available on call. The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
