Hotel Facilities: The decor in the lobby and public areas is very luxurious and aesthetically pleasing. The in-room amenities are also excellent; the TV supports screen mirroring, and the air conditioning was very powerful, providing ample cooling even in the summer. Service Attitude: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their training was clearly very thorough. Hotel Breakfast: For a five-star standard, it still fell a bit short. I suggest improving the variety of hot dishes, as they were a bit too monotonous.

This is my second time staying here. Nothing to say, the environment and service are very good, and the hardware facilities are also good. I forgot to take photos of the hotel, but I recommend a very good restaurant - Weirong Restaurant.

I booked it decisively after seeing that it was renovated in 2022. I was not disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and the service was very considerate. I said that my sleep quality was not good, so they arranged a quiet room for me. The room was equipped with smart Xiaodu, which was good. I booked an afternoon tea set, and the waiter arranged for me to drink tea in the lobby on the first floor. The lobby was also quiet and not noisy. The breakfast was a buffet with various dishes. I especially liked their small wontons, which were delicious. I would recommend it to friends next time.

Stuff doesn’t speak even 1 word of English and was a bit cold. The room is spacious and has a great view. No refrigerator which is something I hate. For its price I think it is good value.

Room is good design but inside has very things chargeable. The 400 rmb room is without window . There is no big difference in the cheaper and expensive room . So better book the cheaper one . When I asked the receptionist she said the expensive room is recently renovated so price high.

The budget hotel is relatively new and the rooms are not big, but there is a strong sewage smell. Because all the disposable items have been used, we did not change rooms. The waiter asked us to ventilate the room, but the smell came from the bathroom sewer. Can't be dispersed. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks are not as rich as advertised. Afternoon tea is just self-service coffee and milk tea, while late-night snacks are porridge and instant noodles. There are not many things for breakfast, which is far inferior to that of a big hotel. The price of 388 yuan/night is disappointing and not worth it.

I asked for a non smoking room but someone had smoked in the room. Bed is rock hard, pillow is way too soft. Closet has a big draw that leave no room for hanging clothes. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

The front desk service is very good. I was very happy to check in. The room is also very clean. The shopping mall is right opposite. It is very convenient. I will come here again next time. Like it.

Excellent! This stay absolutely blew my expectations out of the water! The room facilities and cleanliness were impeccable, far surpassing what I anticipated. The service was equally outstanding, going above and beyond. A huge shout-out to our dedicated personal butler – they were amazing! I'll definitely be returning; this place is a must-book!

The hotel room has a beautiful courtyard view and a small balcony. The room is clean and facing the inner courtyard, which is very quiet. The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. They also gave us snacks from Cixi when we checked out. There is a freshly ground coffee machine in the lobby, and guests can drink for free. I will choose this hotel next time if I have the chance.
