The hotel's design, with its unique courtyard-style circular corridors, is quite distinctive. Check-in was smooth and efficient. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the quality was definitely a highlight. The expansive views are a real treat; it was incredibly refreshing to simply relax with a cup of tea and take in the scenery outside the window! Its location is superb – the Cixi Grand Theater is directly opposite, and it's incredibly convenient for visiting Fantawild and Sunac A La Water World with kids. Plus, the Aegean Sea shopping complex is just next door. Highly recommend!

Stuff doesn’t speak even 1 word of English and was a bit cold. The room is spacious and has a great view. No refrigerator which is something I hate. For its price I think it is good value.

The room is relatively spacious, the bathroom, especially the shower room, is very loose, and it would be better to install some towel hooks. The most satisfying is the mattress and pillows, very comfortable and sleep well. Breakfast is not ideal and the variety is very small. Basically, there are noodle stalls to choose from. The advantage is that the breakfast is open for a long time. Until 12 noon, the only one that can let me sleep until I wake up naturally and have breakfast. Booked this trip to the Four Seasons Ivy Hotel. The service and facilities of this hotel are excellent. The room is clean and tidy, it is very comfortable to live, especially the front-line service is very friendly and welcoming, the room is also very spacious and comfortable, well-equipped, especially the bed is very soft and comfortable, and there is a car service. I will definitely choose here next time.

The hotel is in a good location, opposite the Aegean Sea, it is very convenient to eat and go shopping. The room is large enough and high enough, sound insulation is good, almost no sound outside the corridor, there is no small refrigerator, others are good, overall very satisfied 👍
