Newly opened hotel with Chinese garden setting. The room is comfortable and spacious, with good hardware, Dyson hair dryer, and comfortable bedding. The lady at check-in reception provided thoughtful and considerate service, and sent souvenirs and fruits. The breakfast was not quite suitable for the hotel. The breakfast on the second day had few varieties and was very shabby. The cauliflower was moldy. There may be more guests staying on the third day, which was a slight increase from the previous day.

I took my children to Cixi to play. After arriving at the hotel, the whole hotel environment is not bad, and the children also like it very much. The waiter named Chen Hong at the front desk of the registration room upgraded our room for free. The buffet service in the morning is also very thoughtful. Overall, the experience of checking in is not bad

Stayed in one of the boutique rooms during spring festival. The room was super clean with a great view of the bridge. The hotel is on the 5th floor of the platform complex, the activity room is on the 4th floor and shops and restaurants are on the 3rd floor. The rooms are non-smoking but there is a smoking area on the 3rd floor. The staff are all super friendly and always try to be helpful. The only issue is it's very cold around the whole complex. The restaurant at the top of the tower served hot food in cold plates, I'm sure this was just an oversight by the kitchen team. There is a choice of western and Chinese food. Breakfast team were very efficient and there was a good selection available. All in all a good experience for one night. Make sure you pack warm clothes.
