I really don’t understand why this place is rated 2 stars? I’ve stayed at this place twice now and honestly I won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and they have loved their experience as much as I have. Things are going to be different because of COVID, but they make you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has the best location spot, you are just far enough away from old town to not get hit with all the drunks, but just close enough to go get drunk. The hotel has waters, Gatorade’s, snacks, heat up meals, and little supplies you might of forgotten on your trip like a toothbrush, for purchase in the lobby. Even though, right now because of COVID picnic style eating isn’t available, the hotel has a breakfast bag for the mornings that you are able to pick up from the hotel lobby and enjoy in your room. They have other amenities in and out of the hotel that I put on my other review. Over all, love this place.

Beautiful and well manicured Stay. I love how quaint and tranquil- it was felt very secluded yet steps from the main lobby. Room was beautiful and very Restoration Hardware feel and overlooked the vineyard. Wish the Junior Suite had a bathtub- that would be my only complaint. Be sure to grab a fresh cup of coffee in lobby in the morning.

I recently spent three nights at Temecula Creek Inn for a work event. The team at the Inn did a great job accommodating our large group of over 50 folks. The setting is beautiful. My room could have used a little love but it was pleasant and comfortable. I opted out of daily room cleaning and instead was able to text the staff for my needs along the way; extra coffee pods and towels were quickly delivered. The stand out was the food we enjoyed as part of our conference. Truly excellent and served with grace and courtesy. We enjoyed two evenings in the adjacent ”Meadow” area with plenty of room for our group to socialize and relax by the fire. Very enjoyable experience overall.

Plusses: The room was lovely very large and had a lovely view. (Be sure to get a room on the east side as view is better).
Minuses: No daily service. Even the breakfast tray was still there when I came back,. Also the television does not go above a certain volume so as not to disturb others. I see that as discrimination against those who are hearing impaired. And the breakfast was so so. Stale pastries. Not fresh baked. Taste like out of a package, Yogurt was good though! There should also be instructions for the buttons for the fireplace and how to work the shower.
Still.... I would stay again.

We had a room block of 20 rooms at South Coast Winery for our wedding weekend. We (the bride and groom) stayed in one of the big mountain king suites, and it was fantastic! We had lots of room for entertaining our bridal party and getting ready before the wedding in the living room area, and we still had our separate bedroom area. We had amazing views of the vineyards and hot air balloons from our giant patio. Our guests mentioned how nice the hotel was, and the whole booking process was very smooth. Overall, an amazing home base for our wedding weekend.

GGuest UserPlusses: The room was lovely very large and had a lovely view. (Be sure to get a room on the east side as view is better).
Minuses: No daily service. Even the breakfast tray was still there when I came back,. Also the television does not go above a certain volume so as not to disturb others. I see that as discrimination against those who are hearing impaired. And the breakfast was so so. Stale pastries. Not fresh baked. Taste like out of a package, Yogurt was good though! There should also be instructions for the buttons for the fireplace and how to work the shower.
Still.... I would stay again.

LLANewsboyI love Holiday Inn Express and have stayed in them all over the world, so it pains me to write this negative review. This hotel is old and looks it. It needs a total makeover, including a new front entrance, which faces the hot, setting sun. As a result, the front doors become unwelcoming slabs of black glass. The owners desperately need to refresh this property. Our room, No. 328, smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. We complained and were shown another room down the hall, which also smelled. We stayed where we were but ran the AC all the time to filter the air a little. I mentioned this to the manager, Kathy, as I was leaving and she said that people do smoke in the rooms, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. The sheets on our bed were worn paper-thin by many, many washings and there was a faded stain on my side the first night. The room was dark and the furniture was dated. But the room was clean. The breakfast was typical American HIE fare and was fine. Note to the owners: please invest some money in this hotel and bring it up to HIE standards.

GGuest UserPrices are outrageous everywhere. When it came time to book a room for nephew’s wedding, I was surprised how expensive decent hotels are. However, BWCI gave us the best local price for a clean room with a continental breakfast, close to the venue. We did some local site-seeing and shopping at Old Town.

The location is great with restaurants nearby and the wine country a short drive away. Easy freeway access. Everything was clean and the room was pretty spacious. The room was quiet. There is no elevator so if stairs are a problem, request a first floor room. Check in/out was easy. I would recommend this as a budget option since hotels in the area are usually pretty pricey.

GGuest UserI have a terrible experience. From the moment that we entered the room, we already encountered problems. First, the AC automatically turns off and on & it is on fan mode only and sometimes warm air comes out from the vent. We called maintenance several times and the least that they can do is to provide us an electric fan. Due to that problem we were not able to sleep soundly & then around 7:30am someone called us and reminding us about trash. I was half awake I can’t understand what she just told me because my sleep was bothered. My spouse called them again just to verify what was the call all about and she said that it was a mistake. I called back again because I got so upset that they bothered my sleep basically for nothing. ( which caused me a terrible headache btw). I asked for the manager, and the one who called was in fact, the manager named Senya I hope the conversation was recorded. Can someone from the upper management pull up the recordings to listen to that call It was a huge frustration. I can’t believe I was already talking to the manager because of poor customer service and lack of empathy. It’s important for upper management to ensure that their staff is trained and empowered to provide excellent service to customers. She offered me points but I didn’t accept that, I don’t need points a sincere apology will rectify things. Will I recommend this hotel to my family & friends, Definitely Not! It is important for hotels and businesses in general to provide excellent customer service experience, as it can greatly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

HHoneydeeLast minute booking due to my apartment flooding. I have a 1 year old and was literally in panic mode. Luckily I was able to book online within 5 min.. and checked in at 10pm. The front was very cool very helpful .. considering I didn’t have my darn id on me. My husband used his but I paid with my card. They were very understanding and got us into a room within min. Booked another night here .. prices very fair
