GGuest UserKids-friendly vacation I must say. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast has wide variety of choices. My children love to play in the kids room. The hotel pool is so nice and very clean. We got room with the waterpark view. The only downside is the room is not really soundproof, you can hear other kids playing down there even you are at the 5th floor room

YYoke KeongThe hotel is located in a light industrial area and it's quiet at night. It's new and clean. Parking is available but limited to about a dozen. 3 EV chargers are also available. The room is quite small and the queen bed is small too. Sound proofing is bad. The room door is heavy and when it close, it slams. You can easily hear people talking too. There's a water dispenser and ironing board near the lift. A Chinese restaurant is a few mins walk away. A RM100 deposit is required and there's some local tax on top of the room charge.

EEven TanOverall ok, just that is an old hotel. Add on 1 night stay and already inform counter, but during the add on day still msg me and inform late charges fee. Then room cannot go in, have to go counter to do it again. But at last counter settle and did not have any extra pay.

TTravellimsThe room was spacious, clean and bright. The management team was friendly and good problem solving. Perhaps, the room make up policy and maintenance can be improved. There was no clean mattress cover change during the room make up. Few floor tiles in the room were broken. The TV location was set too high and away from eyes level.

GGuest UserThis hotel have a spacious and comfortable lobby with some cushion sittings and friendly check in staff..
I've a little but comfortable room with a single bed, and a clean bathroom with two panels sliding glass doors ran along the length of the room wall with the shower at one end, the wash basin in the center n the toilet at the other end.. I would say it's a very nice bathroom for the price of the room.
Plenty of halal n non halal foods stalls n shops just a short walking distance away, and it only takes a 10 minute walk to the KTM train station, the reason I stayed here as i need to catch the 6.20am morning train

PPhilipSimOverall room condition is okay. The small exhaust fan is necessary for the room without the windows to remove the excessive humidity (suggestion). There are no free parking lots available in the vicinity. Travellers can park their cars at the paid public parking lots at the hourly rate of RM 0.40 (Seberang Perai) using the ”Penang Smart Parking” app.

MMZ_LeeBooked this hotel last minute due to heavy traffic and needing a place to rest overnight in Butterworth. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. While the amenities are limited and the room is quite small, it’s sufficient for a simple sleepover.
However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. And, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette throughout the hotel, despite the signs/notice indicating it’s a non-smoking hotel.

PPEICHANI feel a bit annoyed when I check in as the price show in the hotel's counter is cheaper than I booked via trip.com quite a lot. This was the first time I experienced this as I am loyal member of trip.com and I always book hotel and flight ticket via trip.com. I know the processing fees may be charged so it will a bit expensive than book straight from the hotel but this is the first time the price is about RM100 difference. The location of the hotel is very good, near to many eateries but the service is not good. The floor is broken and the shower has problem. In addition the air conditioner has problem too, some times very cold while some time very hot. We couldn't sleep well due to this problem. No coffee or tea is given, no shower gel or shampoo is given too. Anyway, when I request from the trip.com, they give me back coins which worth RM 24. Thanks for the responsive live agent which I always choose to use trip.com because of they have very helpful customer service live agent.
