I go often to Youngdeok...
One day the resort came out, so I made a reservation as if it were a new place. Of course, travel is more often than time in pensions, eating and drinking outside, buying a can of beer or two lightly. Go around the sights and go to the new cafes...
Did you change the name of the place that was not new, or did you take over the building? I don't know, but it's an old building and it's not a resort, but the children's water play facilities are a large pension (?) feeling that they've tried to have, and the concept is not clear.
The location is not very good, the surrounding environment or amenities are not close, but it is not a pension with a great and stylish facility, but an old big motel feel. It's a bit of a fuzzy concept to go out of the city because it's in a rough location.
It's not a Southeast Asian style concept that you're stuck in a Southeast Asian resort, enjoying the hotel all the time, eating and drinking hotel food, swimming all day, and being a little ambiguous.
We just want to go out of the city, close to food restaurants, and there are many places to see, and it seems that the B & B is convenient.

I had a business trip to Pohang, so if I went to a motel with people, I would rather get a pension, so I chose this place.
The location is also next to the roadside, so it's great, and most of all, the boss kindly did a lot of things. I had a barbecue, and the boss gave me a lot of things and I ate it deliciously.

AAlessandraNice calm place we could grill our meat outside in a pan, host very nice, shower was good, we had a fridge freezer and the bed was comfortable.
You definitely need a car to go there and the access road is, as shown on the photo, for only one car at the time as there is a ditch on both sides.
You're very fast by car near restaurants or shopping.

SSarah TuttleThe location and views are wonderful, right on the Blue Road overlooking the ocean. The people were friand helpful. There was a lot of noise all night ftom the air conditioner and the bed was not comfortable. Those are minor inconveniences, however. We ate at the restaurant on the premises and the meal was outstanding and the prices very reasonable. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
