The staff were very welcoming when we arrived the lobby /entrance was very clean with plenty of hand sanitising points. The room itself was very comfortable, clean warm and spacious with great shower and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast room was a fully stocked kitchen with do it yourself breakfast consisting of fruit, a choice of breads yoghurt cereals muffins croissants tea and coffee. It was very quiet considering its right on the main shopping street very near the castle and theatre with loads of eating and drinking establishments on the doorstep. We had a very comfortable stay and will most definitely be visiting again."
