Elysian Gangchon Resort Reviews

The location of the resort was fantastic, ski in ski out. The staff gave us a room with 4 beds and a kitchen so everyone got a bed instead of having 2 of us sleep on the floor. The condo was warm and had everything we needed. There were lots of space and definitely big enough for a family of 4 with 5 suitcases. The breakfast was super and the restaurants there provided the variety needed for the 4d5n. In addition, there were more food choices in the skiing area. They have a carpark in the basement and we didn’t move our hired car the whole duration. The cleaner only came in to give us towels and they never cleaned the room though. They only had a handful of hangers so it was just enough for the ski coats. Only new little towels were provided, but we knew ahead of time so we brought our own big towels. For what we paid, I am extremely pleased with what we got. If we do come back to this ski resort, we will definitely stay here again.

2nd time living here, but the hairdryer is still dirty as last time I came 🤢 Luckily they are helpful to send a new one if you requested... but seeing the hairdyer cleanliness will make me feel is that everything else in the room is clean enough..

It was a good stay. I enjoyed the time here. The condo was quite old, however, the facilities were very convenient. I could go skiing, sauna, the kids can go 눈썰매, kids park, game zone, and the Gs25 had almost everything we need for a vacation.

Booked a room for three it was big with two rooms but there were only two single beds in one room and the other nothing, my daughter had to sleep on the floor. The room smelled like bleach. Towels provided were small. Few choices for food and they were bit expensive. People at the reception were ok, however the staff at the shuttle information were the best. Went above and beyond to help me figure out my route back to gimpo.

Always comfortable during ski season. The facilities are old, but the cleanliness is the best compared to resorts of the same class. The top floor is less windy and has hot water. The ski slopes are not crowded, so it is really good for children to ride.

I often go there during the season for skiing. The kids take lessons and I come back after resting.

Although it is far from the city center, it has a large swimming pool, so it is a place that is suitable for a family trip in the summer. There is no laundry service, but we used a laundromat 10 minutes away.

I loved it~ The room was spacious, the ski slope was nice, they were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious~ I think I'll visit again next time~ I had a great time~

I made a reservation because I was going boarding with my son's friends, and he said it was great. Thank you. ^^ It was a little cheaper than other sites and I used Trip Coin well ^^

The front desk of the hotel doesn't speak much English, but it was okay when I checked in, and I could communicate slowly. When I asked about the SHUTTLE BUS provided by the hotel after checking out, the staff gave a rude answer and had a very bad attitude. The advantage is that you can rest immediately after skiing, and it is convenient to go to other nearby attractions the next day, saving transportation time to and from Seoul, and the scenery outside the window is attractive. Disadvantages: There are not many restaurant options, there are not many attractive facilities to use at night, the water in the bathroom is weak, there is water seepage in the bathroom partition, and after taking a shower, there will be water on the floor other than the bathroom.

After using the ski resort, come across right next to it. Parking was great The staff were also very friendly and nice. The bathroom door was broken so it was difficult to open.

It's actually just an apartment, and the decoration is average in all aspects.
