Huge thanks to Wendy Nula for her exceptional service! This is hands down the best Kempinski hotel I've ever stayed at. It offers unbeatable value for money and top-notch service. Even the complimentary souvenir they gave us was adorable! A major highlight: their 4-person family room is actually two connecting rooms, with one being a suite – the value for money is just incredible!!! **Facilities:** Although the hotel was built in 2012, it's exceptionally well-maintained. **Cleanliness:** The housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly, and our room was spotless. **Location:** It's super close to the competition venue, which meant we could sleep in a lot longer! But what I really want to rave about is their food – the taste was absolutely superb, offering truly exceptional value for money!!!
