This hotel is in a really good spot, it's close to two malls and right by a metro station, so getting around was super easy. I could hop on the train whenever I wanted and had plenty of shopping options nearby. The area's new according to the drivers, so it's a bit more quiet. Check-in was pretty fast, so that was good. The only tough thing was actually finding the place when I first arrived. There weren't any clear signs on the ground floor, so I ended up just taking the lift to the 14th floor which worked out. Being so close to the metro and malls was really convenient, but i had to travel quite a bit to reach the main attractions in the city. There was a bit of a smell in my room, it wasnt that bad but it was pretty noticeable. It comes and goes so I was mostly fine with it.

The first thing to complain about is that the surrounding environment is really bad. As we are heading to the airport, the hotel staff called a didi Free of charge for us and gave us an umbrella as it was raining. Such thoughtful and detailed service is really remarkable and we will definitely want to come back.
