I hadn't realized I booked a room without breakfast, but when the staff learned I needed it, they kindly arranged for a complimentary breakfast. They also took the time to introduce the room's facilities and local dining options during the process. This was such a pleasant surprise! After check-in was complete, a staff member even escorted me all the way to the elevator. This attentive and detailed service made me feel completely at home. Service at 颂夏 is most delightful. We had an early check in to a beautiful and clean room. The room lights, curtains, TV, alarm and aircon are controlled by Xiao Ai. We took the option of afternoon tea and had an awesome time at the lounge with rose flavored coffee latte and cinnamon apple tea with a French toast set. The hotel is connected to a large mall with sufficient local meal options. As we are heading to the airport, the hotel staff called a didi Free of charge for us and gave us an umbrella as it was raining. Such thoughtful and detailed service is really remarkable and we will definitely want to come back.
