The sound insulation in room 4 is extremely poor! Hygiene: I am very dissatisfied with this point. I specifically asked them to change the bedding for us, but they did not change it. There were still small bugs crawling on the bed. It was resolved when we gave feedback for the second time, one night before we checked out. And I really don’t agree with Auntie’s hygiene. After making the bed, not only was the bed not moved back, but the items on our bed were also scattered around. Service: The service staff who received us at the beginning had a very good attitude.
