Hotels in Jiangbeizui/Beibin Road, Chongqing

The hotel has excellent facilities, clean, comfortable, spacious and well designed. The location is excellent, because it is close to two subway stations, Liberation Square and many places where you can eat delicious food. The hotel is also located close to other places of interest. The view from my room is stunning. The value for money is excellent.. My stay during these days was very pleasant thanks especially to the excellent treatment of Yang Chuan.

This was a good hotel located in the heart of Jiefangbei area. The service was very good and the room was clean. The only inconvenience was the fact that we weren't able to manually adjust the air conditioner on our own-we had to message the front desk to change the temperature for us. Also, the reception is from memory, on the 21st floor of a building that contains at least one other hotel and offices. There are only 3 relatively small elevators so you can imagine how congested the lines were during peak times!

The room is fantastically spacious with a jacuzzi tub and washing and drying machine. The hotel is also conveniently located with many attractions nearby. The service team at the hotel is also very polite and prompt. My only complaint is that WIFI doesn’t seem to work well in the room. The hotel is surely worthy of a return visit.

The hotel photos don’t lie, the room is truly incredible. We are three friends who decided to visit several cities for the Christmas holidays, and this hotel is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. I’d like to particularly praise the staff, from the housekeeping team to the reception. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff, whose excellence in their work and kindness made our stay very pleasant. Your positivity was greatly appreciated! I also want to extend my gratitude to the reception staff for their kindness and professionalism. Their quick response times and ability to handle requests were outstanding. I felt well-supported throughout my stay. We even lost a bag at the hotel, and the reception team went above and beyond to help us, exploring every possible lead with us. A big thank you for your professionalism ! For anyone looking to explore Chongqing while staying in a central location close to everything, this is the perfect hotel !

The overall experience was good and I extreme impressed by the staff called Xiao Ru. She has been welcoming us with warmth and care from the first day we arrived Travelling with kids was always challenging but Xiao Ru has provided excellent service and patience for our queries. She has been kind enough to follow up if we need any further assistance on a daily basis. We had an early travel plan and she ensured her colleagues in another shift sending fruit to us every day after her shift. Additionally, she assisted the laundry pick up from our room and ready before our return to the room. Since we were on a night flight, a complimentary late check out was really helpful to ease out hassle. The breakfast was pretty good with a variety of options and the location was superb too. We'll definitely consider Mercure for our next visit!

I had an amazing stay in this room! From the moment I stepped in, I was immediately impressed by the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room's decor is modern and luxurious, blending style and comfort perfectly. The bed was large and incredibly soft, allowing me to sleep and relax fully. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including high-quality products. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Overall, it was an excellent stay and a truly wonderful experience.

The hygiene is very good, very clean, the bedding is very comfortable to sleep on, and very tidy, the room equipment is also very high-end, there is a Dyson hair dryer, the Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker is really good, very penetrating, the room is also equipped with down pillows and latex pillows, if you are not used to sleeping, you can ask the staff to send buckwheat pillows, it is all possible, the overall is more design-oriented, very young, the service is very good, the location of the hotel is very convenient, the surrounding attractions are very close, the decoration is very beautiful, recommended.

The aunt cleaned the room very carefully, greeted us when we came and left, and it felt very good. The hotel location is also good, convenient to travel, and the yy housekeeper has a good attitude. There is a delicious street not far from the downstairs, and the front desk lady also recommended delicious hot pot and snacks for us.

Location is great just 5mins to Jiefangbei and subway station. Convenience store is just downstairs. Booked the family room with 2 queen size beds, very spacious. Only one minus point, the shower screen is frosted glass and can see thru.

The hotel is in excellent location just a few minutes walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Clock Tower, that makes us decided to booked this accommodation which claimed to be a hotel but in fact is more like a service apartment. The staffs at the reception counter were friendly, helpful and informative. The type of room we booked was “Extreme Floating Island Twin Room” which mentioned in Trip.com the room size is 38sqm to 43sqm. To our disappointment, when we check into our room, we felt that the room size is much smaller that was mentioned😫😫. To add up to our disappointment, the access by lifts to the rooms on each floor absolutely have no security to the guests at all. Outsiders can easily access to any of the floors without problem. On several occasions we bumped into deliveries guys in the lift with us. To make things worse, each floor has a public toilet outside with the door always open in which the staffs claimed it for the convenience of the guests!!! I think is a cheap excuse!! I guessed is more for their hotel staffs and cleaners on each floor. In my opinion, if the guests can make it to their room floor during urgency to the toilet, why not use their own room toilet?? for more comfort, cleaner and more hygienic correct?? How do you feel as a guest where you have to pass by a public toilet with door always open each time you go in and out of your room?? Very disappointed with this strange set up.
