Service was excellent. There is washing machine and clean lounge for guests. Excellent. Only thing is that front desk service is only available at certain time. Nobody was there to attend to you early in the morning.

The hotel is very good, the facility is so complete, we got waters, towel, soap, shampoo, even conditioner and better IT HAS WARM WATER!! The location is also very strategic because it is near times square, malls, and many more. The customer service is also very top notch. I recommend this hotel if you guys want to have a good time in Chongqing

The location is perfect. You are surrounded by restaurants, shops and it’s walkable to some of the big tourist attractions. There is also a metro station a sort 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so easy to get a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative to the hotel is that it’s in a shared building that only has 2 elevators. One of which only goes up the first few floors that includes the hotel reception, but the room I was on was on the 29th floor which only 1 of the elevators reached and you could often wait a long time for it to arrive. Other than it could do with extra elevators the hotel is a great base to explore the city. The location couldn’t be much better.

KWHA Hotel is straight to the point service with focus on efficiency, cost effective, high quality, and practical. My booked room with 2 queen size beds are awesome. The hot water shower is stable pressure and temperature set. Breakfast is basic but fulfilling as necessary. Good job KWHA, I appreciate it very much.

The hotel is in a great location, with Bayi Snack Street downstairs and Jiefangbei around the corner at 50 meters. The transportation is convenient, and Metro Line 2 Linjiangkou Exit 1 is the closest. The hotel is in a building next to Suning, with a good environment and a very special style. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, with a super good attitude. She will take the initiative to ask if you want mineral water when you go out. The room is fully equipped, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and you can get a better rest. The room is dry and wet separated, and has a smart toilet. The room is also equipped with a small black refrigerator. Overall, the experience is good

Great location. The room is quite spacious, clean, and equiped with technology (Xiao du) to help operate in opening curtains, the lightings and play songs. I like the toiletries that they provided (sandalwood fragrance). Definitely one of the best hotel in Chongqing. One down side is just the lift, they were very slow.

The staff is very enthusiastic, attentive and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everything was very smooth! The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the stay experience was very comfortable! ! The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for travel, and there are many delicious foods and attractions around.

The hotel’s location is very convenient. The hotel has a laundry room with dryers which is really really convenient for travelers! Great room, everything looks new and clean.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Miss 11 at the front desk also upgraded the room type for us. The service is really good. Downstairs is Jinhui Plaza. I have a lot of food. The hot pot restaurant recommended by Miss Sister is also very good. The price is affordable. I will come back to this hotel in the future.

The hotel's front desk is on the tenth floor. The front desk staff is very good and patiently answers questions. The hotel is located in the center of the business district and is close to surrounding attractions. It is also convenient to take a taxi. Recommended~
