KWHA Hotel is straight to the point service with focus on efficiency, cost effective, high quality, and practical. My booked room with 2 queen size beds are awesome. The hot water shower is stable pressure and temperature set. Breakfast is basic but fulfilling as necessary. Good job KWHA, I appreciate it very much.

Service was excellent. There is washing machine and clean lounge for guests. Excellent. Only thing is that front desk service is only available at certain time. Nobody was there to attend to you early in the morning.

The room is very new. The four rooms can accommodate six adults and two children and are very spacious. Disposable bath towels are provided, so it is safe to use. If you have any questions, please contact the front desk and they will handle them quickly.

Front Desk staff was very welcoming. I had an interaction with 11 and 33. Environment is nice, and it's in the city centre. Room space was good View from the room was very good as a lively Street. Downside is that there are also rooms without window. Please do not book them because they are too boring and also with less space. Iron was not there in the hotel to press the clothes. Please keep an iron to press the clothes because it should be present at such a nice place.

The location is very convenient, right between Hongyadong and Jiefangbei, and the subway station is right next to it. You can walk or take the subway to various attractions. There is an alley downstairs that leads directly to Hongyadong, and this alley is a small night market street at night. The souvenirs sold are very cheap. The children bought a lot. The proprietress is also very enthusiastic, beautiful and kind. When checking out, she also gave me a small fried dough twist, a specialty of Ciqikou. A big thumbs up 👍

Really nice modern room, designer modern. I was impressed with how much you got for the price, and the private stone spa was big enough to accommodate a 6 foot tall male.. modern shower, toilet, projector TV... And most important, great air-conditioning. Quiet 22nd floor room. Staff was very friendly despite the language barrier, but it's very easy to use WeChat and communicate. It was slightly confusing with elevators, you need to go to the 4th floor from the street, then use a different elevator once inside the hotel, and exit the same way. They gave me a welcome bag and stored my luggage all day.

We went to many hotels in china and this was the best one so far! Their service was the best out of the many hotels we went. They pay attention to every single details and were meticulous to make sure their guests stay was comfortable. Love the table and chair setting and they provided a tea set as well. Their blanket was so comfortable and we felt so at home throughout our stay. Location was great without needing to worry about finding food as there are many eateries nearby. We went there during the mid autumn festival and hotel even gave us a fruit platter and 2 mooncakes which was delicious. Breakfast was perfect to start the day before all the spiciness we were going to eat later on that chongqing has to offer. Every staff there was extremely friendly and helpful, special mention to 小坤 who even had a itinerary done and places to visit around chongqing and places to eat around the hotel. I would proudly say their service has exceeded those other 5 star hotel establishments we have stayed in other places. I would definitely stay in this place if i am back in chongqing again. Once again, a big thank you to all the staff of 山觉人文美宿.

Friendly staff. Stayed 3 nights. Room is cleansed every day with fresh towels. Love the toiletries fragrance. Lots of food choices around.

The hotel is in a great location, near the Yangtze River Cableway, next to the subway station, and Lines 1 and 6 are all at Exit 5a of Xiaoshizi, making travel very convenient. There are many local delicacies around, and the hot pot is delicious. It is also very close to the scenic spot. Jiefangbei is right next to it, and it only takes 6-7 minutes to walk there at night, which is very suitable for checking in various attractions. The room is clean and hygienic, and the details are perfect. The front desk is very responsive and polite. I fell in love with Chongqing!
