Our stay at the hotel was a really great experience. The spectacular views, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff made us really enjoy ourselves. The hotel is right next to the most vibrant locations in the city and is easy to reach. As english speakers we had no issue communicating with the staff which was friendly and kind. The room had everything we needed and it was hard leaving the great views behind and moving on.

Service-wise, it was great. The staff members were attentive and responded via WeChat rather quick (but of course, within reason, okay. For us as guests, for example, if you text them via WeChat at 2am in the morning, dont expect an immediate reply. Be reasonable). Even though I dont speak Mandarin, everyone did their best to communicate with me and very welcoming. Room is cleaned everyday. Location-wise, it is so close to Jiefangbei Monument, and there are lots of shopping and food places nearby. 100% recommended.

An amazing hotel, located on the 9th floor. The rooms are very clean, the atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, the service is friendly and responsive, the facilities are complete, and most importantly, it is close to everything because it is located in the city center and there is a minimarket next to it. I recommend this hotel for solo/business trips, couples, and families.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right behind Chaotianmen. Many attractions such as Hongyadong, Jiefangbei, Qianximen Bridge, and the Grand Theatre are all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very well-equipped with amenities. The only minor drawback was the absence of a phone in the room; however, upon check-in, guests are asked to add them on WeChat for any assistance or inquiries. As I was visiting for leisure, the front desk even sent me detailed directions and recommendations for nearby attractions. It was my first time staying here, and I personally found it to be excellent value for money.

We are so impressed of the services of the staff,they were very helpful and patient and go the extra to mile to assist on sightseeing arrangments and useful advice on short notice, special to Miss Xiao Loo for hel friendly and polite demeanor on all assistance rendered. Will come back again. The rooms and its facilties were great at the price point. Excellent location What you see and offered in the online brochures are what you get onsite. Will be back again.

It’s not a big hotel but I would say I had very good experience. The view is great and decorations are well designed and they have good furniture with high quality. The service is also excellent! We had some bad check-in experience in other places in China as international travelers, but the check-in process is pretty smoothly in this hotel. The nice front desk lady gave us very helpful trip guide. Can’t believe we can have such great experience in a hotel with average cost of only $30-$50. It exceeded my expectations! I would definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Chongqing in future.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk to Hongyadong, Jie Fangbei.Next to the small cross subway entrance, it is also very convenient to travel, saving a lot.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The butler service was exceptionally attentive and efficient. The location is excellent, situated at Everbright Holdings directly opposite Raffles City. The bathtub in the bedroom was a real highlight! You get a fantastic view right from the window, overlooking Qianximen Bridge and the Chongqing Grand Theatre.

When you call the front desk, the staff promptly comes down to assist you, further reassuring guests about their safety. **Thoughtful Room Design:** Although I booked a single occupancy king room, it felt more like a compact apartment! It included a kitchen, a living room, a laundry area, a wet/dry separated bathroom, and a separate bedroom. Staying here truly felt like being at home. **Top-Notch Amenities:** The room was equipped with a mini-fridge and a washing machine, all brand-new, high-quality appliances that worked perfectly. Even the balcony had a remote-controlled retractable clothes drying rack, and the bathroom featured a smart toilet with bidet functions and a heated seat. Despite being on the 21st floor, the shower had incredibly strong water pressure, making for a very comfortable experience. The bed was wonderfully soft and plush; sleeping on it felt like being gently embraced, super relaxing. **Exceptional Attention to Detail:** Whether it was the facial tissues or the toilet paper, these consumables were all of premium quality – thick and durable, not easily tearing when wet. The toothbrush set was also of good quality, and the comb felt sturdy. Even the bathrobe in the room was incredibly comfortable to the touch, with a smooth exterior and a soft, plush interior. **Prime Location:** Situated near the bustling Jiefang Street business district, it's very convenient to walk to the subway station, and many popular attractions are within easy walking distance. I'm usually someone who finds writing reviews quite bothersome, but this experience was genuinely exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a wonderful trip to Chongqing.
