Atour Hotel Chongqing North Railway Station

Good experience! I checked in at midnight and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is also very close to the high-speed rail station, which made it very convenient.

We stayed here as we had a train to catch and wanted to be close by. The hotel is located across the road from the train station. To get there you walk over an overpass, across a small park, then take underpass. About 10 mins. For us some escalators weren’t working so we carried our cases up stairs. We only stayed one night but this hotel just felt really hospitable, they are good at what they do! Our room was spacious and clean. We had a suite with the lounge room and all the sofas were really comfortable. The bath is nice and deep, there is a bath liner too. Some bath salts would have been nice, but no worries. There are extra water bottles in the hall if you need. Free supper we just caught tail end and looked like it was good. Free laundry- there are 3 washers and 3 dryers with helpful laundry attendant who put our clothes in the dryer for us, then took them out. Minor noise from road on 7th floor but not too disturbing. We were grateful to have a late check out as our train was later in the day. The water bottles provided on check out was very considerate. Lots of food choices around in the streets to the side and behind the hotel. When we used the metro we found getting off at Shiziping an easier walk to hotel than from the Chongqing North Station.

Very nice hotel there was even a guy in the lobby who spoke great english. The location is like a 8 min walk to the railway station which is great if you intend to go there. Overall very good!

The hotel was very clean. The hotel was perfect. The rooms were perfectly finished down to the smallest detail. The service was very good. Laundry was very good and free of charge. My room 9 at floor 9, was very quiet, even with a window open day and night. The curtains gave complete darkness. I only missed a safe and a microwave. The walkway to the railway station and the subway station was much longer and more difficult as i had expected. Better use a taxi when you have suitcases. The road in front of the hotel has plenty of taxis passing by. Just put your hand up and you will have 2 taxis stopping for you within a few seconds. A taxi to the railway station is 10 yuan, to the airport is about 35 yuan. A taxi to Nanping was about 35 yuan. The neighborhood of the hotel was ok, but not very special. There are no fast-food restaurants nearby.

It is another recommended hotel. If anyone wants to travel by high speed train from Chongqing to Wulong. Because this hotel is opposite Chongqingbei Railway Station. Just cross the underground road passage with few minutes walk. You will see the hotel on your right hand. Don’t use Google map to lead your walking way, it will take you around to get to the hotel. This hotel belongs to Atour Hotel Chain Group and here is newly built. It has simple design in modern decoration style. The room is clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is quite nice with good varieties. But it’s opened a bit too late if you need to take the early morning train, you will have little time for your breakfast. Staff team is nice and helpful but it's hard to find staff who can speak English well there. But they are trying best to support your needs. The hotel name is Chongqing North Railway Atour Hotel. The price is also reasonable. In addition to its location so close to the train station, another good thing is it’s just opposite a small park where you can easily walk for a short outdoor exercise.

Right by Chongqing North railway station. Great service, as always, I enjoyed my stay there.
