Incredible ! The view is just wow, the room is incredible . 2 baths soo perfect ! I fell in love with view and the room ! I recommend it. and the was on 54th floor.

Great Hotel at wonderful location… the only catch is taking multiple lifts to reach the 54th Floor !

Amazing view and very clean room. The staff were very nice and kindly upgraded our room for no additional charge upon request. Within close proximity to main tourist attractions, and walking distance to the famous pedestrianised street and lots of food spots. Would definitely recommend.

acceptable. suddenly stop power supply at mid night during sleeping. about resume time at 05:00. no lift security and everyone can access the flat level

An amazing place to stay! I’ll definitely stay again. The location is prime, situated near many attractions. The design of the interior is also attractive. Great to host your social company. Very clean and refreshed upon request. The staff are friendly and helped me with my reservations. The lounge is comfortable. I highly recommend a sit in after a day on the town.

Had a great stay in Chongqing in this hotel. Having said that the loft is not suitable for those who dislike climbing stairs

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were upgraded to the 53rd floor which was very nice. The 53rd is really high up and only one elevator takes you up that floor so it is a bit annoying. I would probably stick to anything below 50 to avoid having to use the one specific elevator but that’s just me. We had a very good time and the area was super convenient.

this hotel location within a building that is multi-tenant with few hotel chains. the hotel lobby and entry looks horrible but room are big clean and comfy. not bad if on a budget.

The room itself was beautifully decorated. Very good location too in the city with lots of shops & restaurant around it. However, the service provided, leaves much to be desired. We specifically paid more to book a high floor larger room (53 or 54 floor and 45 to 50 square meters) with early check in. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at 1150am, we were informed our room was not ready. In the end, we could not wash up & had to leave our luggage first in our friend's room, who surprisingly can check in despite paying less & not requesting for early check in. We left to explore the city & came back to check in at 1730pm. It was ridiculous when they told us the high floor room was smaller in size. This is totally contradictory to what we booked. We were showed the 53th floor room before going to see two 48th floor rooms. We finally settled on the larger room with a bigger window (4816) as we were tired & had no choice but to accept the room. Note that the room was still normal size (definitely not 45 & above) & obviously not at the 53th floor. It was extremely convoluted to get to the floor as we had to change lifts. Room 4816 itself was good & the shower was huge & powerful with a comfy bed. If not for the false advertising when we booked the room, it would have been good.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Chongqing. The service was excellent, and the staff—especially the friendly gentleman and lady who assisted us with the laundry—were warm and helpful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the unlimited supply of quality mineral water, which was greatly appreciated after long days exploring the city. The hotel is conveniently located in the same building as the Westin, making it easy to find. It’s within walking distance to major tourist attractions like the People’s Liberation Monument and Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, which made sightseeing very convenient. The hotel also provided access to a washing machine and dryer, which was a big plus during our trip. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.
