作為希爾頓集團旗下的高端品牌，重慶康萊德酒店的整體硬件設施確實達到了五星水準。酒店坐落於南坪核心地段，設計融合了山城現代美學與重慶本土文化元素，大堂的藝術裝置和客房內的霧都江景視角令人印象深刻。房間挑高，配置的智能家居系統、徠芬吹風機及高織數床品也體現了對細節的關注。
不過，作為新開業的高端酒店，服務層面相比同城麗晶酒店"一對一管家"的主動服務，康萊德更偏向標準化流程；
餐飲體驗參差，本想用晚餐，入住時請前台確認，是否未預約可以用餐，回答可以，實際去用餐，説不能，因此晚餐自助餐未體驗，早餐品類豐富但補餐不及時，可能與端午節有關，但是餐廳的服務員，都在盡力為大家服務，可能還是在管理上存在問題。
與隔江相望的重慶麗晶相比，康萊德在本地化服務深度上仍有差距——麗晶的"兩江吧"觀景體驗、免費迷你吧政策及非遺文化主題活動，更能體現頂級酒店"潤物細無聲"的服務哲學。
期待這家新酒店能儘快完善服務團隊培訓，真正發揮出品牌應有的水準。

來重慶玩選擇了康萊德，整體感受很不錯。端午假期一直下小雨，所以感受了什麼是正真的霧都。酒店的床品很舒服，入住後還貼心送了歡迎水果，洗護和味道都是我喜歡的，很棒的一次體驗！

酒店的服務真的非常好，從辦理入住到退房，每一位工作人員都熱情友好、專業高效。前台Fania辦理手續迅速，還會耐心解答各種問題，Sakura小姐姐還給了我們小地圖，yana給還給我們介紹了好多適合小朋友用餐的餐廳，我們挑選了幾家，我們一家人都非常喜歡；房間清潔做得非常好，細緻入微；賓客服務中心的Austra和值班經理Elaine也非常熱情，幫了我很多忙，非常感謝。
無邊際游泳池非常漂亮，水質清澈，在暢遊的同時還能欣賞窗外美景，小朋友非常喜歡，過了一個非常快樂的節假日！
酒店的餐廳提供了豐富多樣的美食選擇，無論是早餐的自助餐，還是其他時段的特色融合菜餚，能品嚐到地道的重慶風味。

很滿意的一次入住，酒店地段屬於鬧中取靜，周圍也有吃的，有地鐵站比較方便。
入住前前台Mia有提前聯繫詢問需求，快離店時也能及時給我們訊息反饋，並且主動提出協助服務。我們到達酒店後前台辦理入住的小夥子也很專業、耐心細緻的給我們講解，我們臨時更換了房型也能及時滿足我們的需求。總體感覺前台效率很高，態度也很好。
大堂吧也很美，視野很棒，如圖，坐在那裡聊天喝下午茶很舒服。我們家小朋友之前沒吃午飯，大堂吧的工作人員也能根據我們的需求幫我們聯繫餐廳送餐。
早餐餐廳也很棒，服務員看我帶小朋友不方便拿東西，都是主動送餐到我們桌前。
本次整體感覺很棒，期待下次入住。

酒店的服務很好，工作人員Mia態度親切，禮賓leyn主動幫忙拿行李，還提供了詳細的周邊遊玩建議，客房阿姨蔡春賢也很好，服務中心小姐姐sherry很温柔的，下次會選擇這裏的！
