11樓是1樓，1樓也是11樓。周邊遊玩吃東西還是比較方便的。設施不錯，有廚房，不過沒使用過。冰箱夠用，還行。

環境非常好！民宿類型，衞生間廚房都有，還有洗衣機，兩張大床加一個小客廳，客廳還有沙發和投影儀。位置也超級方便，離解放碑很近。
