Amazing hotel, absolutely perfect. Just if you are not a fan of Chinese food you will not enjoy their breakfast. But everything else 10/10

Very good hospitality and the place is cosy

The location of this hotel is really amazing. It is just below the Dongshuimen Bridge, next to the Huguang Guild Hall. The river view on the fifth-floor terrace is amazing. It takes ten minutes to walk to Chaotianmen Square. It is within walking distance of popular attractions. As a hiking enthusiast, I basically walk to various popular attractions to check in. Speaking of hotel services, I arrived at the hotel at around 7 o'clock in the morning on the day I came. At around 8 o'clock, Xiao Chen at the front desk kindly helped me arrange a room. Thank her very much. During my stay, other front desk staff were also very dedicated. I give the front desk 5 points. The restaurant staff are very warm and hospitable. The Chongqing noodles they make are delicious. I also give the restaurant staff 5 points. In terms of room hygiene, during my stay, the room cleaning staff only changed things like bath towels, and the bed was not made. According to my experience of staying in a hotel, helping guests make the bed is an important part of room cleaning. I don’t know if this is because the hotel has not been properly trained or the room hygiene service staff themselves have a problem, so I give 3.5 points for room service. Tips: The recommendation of popular attractions at the entrance of the hotel is really useful. One more thing to add, there is another tourist attraction on the other side of the river, Longmenhao Old Street, which is definitely worth a visit and can be reached by walking across the Dongshuimen Bridge, which is very convenient.

The location is great, close to the attractions, few people, the first choice for disembarking from Chaotianmen Pier 11. Intimate service, early check-in and late check-out are really necessary for families with elderly and children! I stayed in a twin room on the top floor, with sufficient heating, fast hot water, and a viewing balcony that is worth the money. I took the photos I wanted! Overall, I am very satisfied. It would be better if no one smoked in the lobby!

Very clean, great service

After checking in, I entered the room and felt that the sound insulation in the room was particularly poor. When I went downstairs to eat, I asked the front desk if I could change rooms. The front desk told me that there would be no sound after 11:30 pm. If I changed rooms now, I would not be able to stay on the river view side. I could really live in the inner part, and the river view room I stayed in could not see the river because the trees blocked the view very tightly. I didn't feel it was suitable, so I didn't change. I went out to play for a day and had supper and came back around 12 o'clock. I found that the sound of the light rail was indeed gone, but the sound of the cars on the road was still very loud. I thought about dealing with it and leaving tomorrow. I washed, turned off the lights and went to bed. I didn't fall asleep until more than three o'clock. I couldn't hold on any longer and called the front desk to change rooms. During these three hours, it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. Not only was there the sound of cars on the road, but also the sound of unloading logistics next to it, the sound of talking, and all kinds of sounds made it impossible for you to fall asleep. Then I changed to a new room. I don't know how to describe it. It should be regarded as the side of the mountain. There were wild cats crying, but there were really no other sounds. I slept until 7:30, got up to wash, and went to have breakfast at 8 o'clock. The hygiene of breakfast was also problematic. I took the chopsticks and found two pieces of news: good news, the chopsticks were washed, and bad news, the chopsticks were not washed clean.
