The staff 星月 and chloe were very helpful and even helped to order food through the China App (which we have no access to. Room is soo big, clean and smells really good, we really spent a good night there and slept right away when touched the bed (mattress ok too). This hotel is perfect for layover or even longer stay, near with metro and walkable for couple mins to reach as well. Hopefully this hotel maintain the service and qualities, I would definitely love to stay here again when going to Chongqing 😊
