I had a wonderful experience at Binle Hotel. The staff, particularly Monica, was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave me a lot of suggestions during my stay and even assisted me in receiving a package from Taobao. Her excellent service made my stay much more enjoyable.

I stayed at Chongqing Wolin Hotel at the North Bus Station Jinyu Station. The overall feeling was quite good. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, checked in quickly, and patiently introduced the room and hotel facilities. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the sheets and quilts were clean, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and I slept quite comfortably. The air conditioner was easy to use and the temperature was adjusted appropriately. The bathing facilities were also very good, with plenty of hot water and smooth shower water flow, which made me very relaxed after taking a bath. The hotel's breakfast is unique, providing Chongqing noodles served all day, with authentic taste. You can taste the authentic Chongqing flavor at any time, which is a highlight. The surrounding transportation is convenient, with bus stops and subway entrances, and it is convenient to travel. There are also shopping malls and restaurants nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and eating. I will choose here next time I come to Chongqing.

Really enjoyed my time here. The staff was very friendly and patient with me. They gave me their WeChat so i could ask questions..had free laundry on the third floor and a patio garden which is very nice. I got free breakfast which was small but very appreciated (Chinese fare: noodles dumplings etc). Very close to the airport and close to testing stations just far away from the downtown but just depends on what u wanna do. Would stay again!

The management of breakfast is a bit chaotic, and the cleanliness and hygiene are not good. The service is basically backward and needs to be improved and rectified. I have experienced the worst breakfast experience in this hotel, and the experience is: I have eaten it once and don’t want to have it a second time. As shown in the following picture. In addition to two breakfasts, an additional full breakfast of 68 yuan was added, and the breakfast front desk service attitude was completely absent.
