Atour is my top choice for travel! It always guarantees me a good night's sleep. During our summer holiday family trip, after much comparison, I decided on Atour Hotel Raffles Riverview. A Didi from Chongqing West Railway Station takes about 30 minutes to reach the hotel. Exit 4B of Xiaoshizi Metro Station is right opposite, and Raffles Chaotianmen Plaza is just a three-minute walk straight from the hotel. The location is incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel's front desk is on the 26th floor, with staff on the ground floor to assist you. The view from the front desk is excellent, directly overlooking Raffles. Behind the front desk is the dining area, which is uniquely decorated. As a member, I purchased breakfast for three days at a discounted rate. It was small but exquisite, tasted great, and catered well to both adults and children. The room was as comfortable as ever. The bed and pillows are my number one reason for choosing Atour – you truly have to experience them to understand. The Atour tea became my go-to beverage during my outings, much more convenient than brewing my own. Accommodation is a crucial part of any trip, and I never compromise on it.

For my trip to Chongqing this time, I specifically chose the Atour Hotel Jiefangbei, and it certainly didn't disappoint! From its prime location to the exceptional service, everything was impeccable. It absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up! **Superb Location:** The hotel is right in the heart of the Jiefangbei commercial district, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station and popular 'influencer photo spots'. It's incredibly convenient for an evening visit to Hongyadong to admire the night view or to explore Bayi Haochi Street. For tourists, it's truly a dream location! **High Room Comfort:** We stayed in a 'Jimu' King Room, which was very spacious and offered fantastic views, even a glimpse of the river at night. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the shower pressure was excellent, and they even provided wonderfully scented Atour custom toiletries. Quality was evident in every detail. **Warm and Thoughtful Service:** The front desk staff were always smiling and proactively helped us with our luggage, recommended local favorite hotpot restaurants, and even prepared a hand-drawn map of Chongqing attractions! The complimentary late-night congee and snacks were also incredibly comforting. Coming back after a tiring day to a warm bowl was truly heartwarming. **Breakfast Deserves Special Praise:** The breakfast spread was amazing, with everything from Chongqing noodles (Xiaomian), Wontons (Chao Shou), and authentic local snacks. They even had freshly ground coffee and fresh yogurt, and we could eat for three days straight without repeating a dish! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing! Highly recommend it to all friends visiting the city.

This Atour hotel is quite special. It's housed in a beautifully converted building that was once the offices of the Chongqing Daily, and notably, it's the only property in the Atour chain to feature a Republic of China (ROC) era design. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, addressing any concerns promptly. A fantastic highlight is the complimentary qipao available for guests to wear for unique photo opportunities. Highly recommended!

The accommodation felt very good. The price on Ctrip was adjusted and it was cheaper than when I checked in. The front desk handled it quickly. The best thing was that breakfast was very convenient. The laundry service was very thoughtful and it was washed and returned in two hours. The bed was very comfortable.

The intelligent guest control can open the curtains and adjust the lights when you shout. You can control everything when you lie on the bed. The sense of technology and comfort are both. The most surprising thing is the bedding, the mattress is just soft and hard, with the deep sleep pillow, even people like me who recognize the bed have no dreams of dawn all night, the sound insulation effect is also absolutely, no external noise can be heard at all, breakfast must be emphasized! Not only is the variety rich, but also the local special soup powder. Auntie will take the initiative to add vegetables and mushrooms when cooking noodles, which tastes more authentic than the outside store. Stayed for three days and relied on the 24-hour laundry room to renew my life. It was super convenient to wash and dry. It's spacious, bright, and decorated in a modern yet cozy style. As soon as you enter, you feel perfectly comfortable. The smart amenities are incredibly convenient: electric curtains, a smart TV with screen mirroring, and even a negative ion smart hairdryer – truly high-tech! The bedding is wonderfully soft and comfortable, especially with Atour Planet's pro pillows. I had such a deep, restful sleep; it felt even better than my own bed! The bathroom features a thoughtful wet/dry separation, showcasing attention to detail, and is equipped with high-quality toiletries that are a pleasure to use. The 24-hour 'Zhuju' (Bamboo Dwelling) reading area is simply amazing! It boasts an extensive and diverse collection of books. Whether you're in the mood for literary classics or popular bestsellers, you'll find something to captivate you. It's the perfect place to immerse yourself in the world of books and enjoy some peaceful reading time. The option to borrow books to take back to your room is an incredibly thoughtful touch!

As a frequent traveler catching early morning flights, the location of this Atour hotel was perfectly suited to my needs! It's only a 10-minute drive from Jiangbei Airport. I booked a free airport shuttle with the front desk in advance, and the driver was there on time the next day, so I didn't have to rush. If I wanted to explore the city, it was a 15-minute walk to Huanshan Park Metro Station on Line 10, and a 20-minute drive to Chongqing North Railway Station, offering incredibly flexible travel options. The most surprising thing was that the ”Shujia Courtyard” restaurant was right across from the hotel, and there were also Yonghui Supermarket and Gaofen Hot Pot restaurants nearby, so I could easily get a hot meal even if I arrived late at night. Atour's service never disappoints, and this hotel truly embodied warmth in every detail. Upon check-in, the receptionist proactively offered a welcome tea, and upon learning I had a child, immediately brought out children's slippers and a toothbrush, and even gave me a small gift, instantly making a great impression. I missed breakfast the next day because I had to catch an early flight, but the front desk had already prepared a takeaway breakfast pack. The sandwich and yogurt combination was just enough to fill me up, and they repeatedly said ”Take care on your journey” in a very sincere tone. When I checked out, they not only helped me store my luggage, but also proactively offered me ice water when they saw I was sweating profusely. This kind of unpretentious thoughtfulness is more touching than any formality. Whether for a layover or business trip, this Atour hotel perfectly meets my needs. Its high score of 4.9 is truly well-deserved—convenient transportation, heartwarming service, clean rooms, and excellent value for money; it's almost impossible to find a flaw. I've already added it to my list of places to stay in Chongqing, and I'll definitely book it again next time!

Whether it was the efficient front desk service, the comfortable and pristine rooms, or the delicious cuisine in the restaurant, everything demonstrated the hotel's meticulous attention to detail and its genuine care for guests. The location here is incredibly convenient. Step outside, and you're surrounded by a fantastic array of local community eateries. Hotpot, BBQ, and all sorts of delicious local food are just downstairs – so easy to grab! The bedding was exceptionally comfortable; after a long day of exploring, sinking into bed was pure bliss! Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a rich variety of freshly prepared specialty dishes from the Sichuan-Chongqing region. You absolutely *must* try the douhua (tofu pudding) – I personally polished off two bowls! Its soy flavor was incredibly rich, and you could customize it to your liking, either sweet or savory. There's a gym and a laundry room on the second floor. What's more, you can even check the real-time availability of washing machines and dryers right from your room's TV! After washing, the staff will help dry your clothes, making it incredibly convenient for a 'lazy' person like me to simply pick up soft, clean laundry the next day.

I tried Atour on a business trip last time and it was quite good. This time, I was able to find a reasonably priced family room perfect for three people. The hotel's location wasn't easy to find; some apps call it ”Light Residence Hotel” or ”Gongshang University Light Residence Hotel,” but once I figured it out, it became much easier to find. This time, the hotel was surprisingly new, with free laundry and dryer services. The bedding was incredibly comfortable—soft, with a sinking feel, yet supportive. I was definitely tempted by the pillows and duvet covers; they felt earthy and soft. Traveling in Chongqing, we were on a tight schedule, with many attractions to explore, and even going to Wulong for mountain hiking. After a long journey, or when our legs were tired from the climb, curling up in Atour's bed to watch a projection screen and enjoy delicious food was the perfect restful break... We also want to thank the front desk guy for bringing us breakfast. The dishes were unique and DIY, and the staff were also very attentive and responsible with our laundry and dryer. Thumbs up! 👍
