Good location Good service Good price and good breakfast

Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

Nothing to complain about. Friendly staff and even shops inside the building. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so is the gym. The area around the hotel is a bit worn down.

This hotel is little bit old fashioned, but still works well, the door men is especially nice and helpful, thanks for their warm help.

It's ok to stay. Don't expect the breakfast to be good. It's edible. The mattress is average. It's quite old. The only convenience is that there is a Domino's near the door. It's very boring to eat. I don't like local food.

Beautiful hotel

The lobby is quite grand, but the room is a bit lackluster.

Strict registration and inspection, outdated facilities

In Chittagong, it can be regarded as a good hotel. The room facilities are very good, but there are some shortcomings, such as the restaurant is single and the toothbrush is too low-end. Overall, it is very OK

Clean, sanitary and comfortable

The room is okay, it's an old hotel and the facilities are old. The air conditioner in the corridor was turned on so much that the air-conditioning penetrated into the room. It was a bit cold even if I didn't turn on the air conditioner. The breakfast is good and meets local four-star standards.
