they seem to be fraud, on purpose selling more rooms than they have. I have arrived in the middle of the night and was told that there is no more rooms although I have already payed for it. Only then I have read comments and eventually it happens almost once a month. In the end they offered me staying in the basement. To summarize very dirty place, the smell is awful and there is this story with overbooking. Not recommended at all

Room was in the -1st floor. There was no window it always dark. I'm not sure about other rooms. Hotel location is far to city center.

It is a very dirty hotel. The floor is full of holes and the sheets are stained and yellow. The rooms and the entrance have not been cleaned for months. It is old with defective furniture. And the worst thing is the very rude owner. The staff are incompetent and the girls are young and not suitable.

Staying one night is ideal. The price is low. Nearby is a grocery store.

I stayed there with a group of people in early March 2022. I booked through ***********, although it was called "Hotel Santorini" there. When I arrived, they did not have the rooms I reserved and instead 2 of my group had to sleep on cots. The bathrooms were not clean and one bedroom was missing curtains and overlooked a busy street. On top of all this, I was charged IVA twice for an additional 40% on top of the quote I was given for the rooms. Unfortunately we were desperate and there were no other alternatives at the late time of night. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The quality doesn't match the price. There is no closet in room 8 on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator (to drag a suitcase of 19 kg is still a pleasure). No refrigerator in the room. Mushroom shower. Far from airport and north station. Plus, they can write and cancel your reservation at any time (which was previously confirmed). Weird room design. Horribly gloomy curtains, pulling back which we saw about 10 live fat flies that buzzed all night. Also did not help in the morning with calling a taxi! I had to run to the gas station to ask people to help, because it is impossible to call a taxi from a Ukrainian number. I do not advise!
