Good location, situated right beside the Cathedral Park and other sights. Also walking distance from the bus to/fro airport, with central bus station a distance away, but still walkable. Amazing facilities and amenities in the room. Great selection of equipments in the gym. Selection of buffet breakfast was also great. The staff who checked me in, Daniela, deserves a special mention as she was really gave me a very warm welcome and took time to explain to me the different facilities provided by the hotel - thank you Daniela!

Cosy, small hotel with a homely atmosphere. Friendly, sociable staff. Everything is great. The city center is a 20 minute drive. There is a stop nearby. Shops are not far. The airport is less than 29 km away.

Warm welcome at reception. Check-in was done in no time. The lady indicated that I had a room in the adjacent building and that it was accessible via a number of stairs. We then asked if the luggage could be brought to the room and that turned out to be no problem at all. I thought the room was a bit on the small side for a 5* hotel, but everything was clean and the room/bathroom was also cleaned every day. Wifi signal was good everywhere. Breakfast was not served as a buffet, but you can order all desired items from an extensive menu. I enjoyed it. And this also applies to the restaurant where dinner can be enjoyed. I have always had a fantastic meal there. The location of the hotel is close to Boulevard Stefan cel Mare and you are therefore close to the cathedral square.

First of all, hello, the staff is really nice, friendly and helpful, the room is convenient and clean, the location in the city is nice, you have the chance to reach anywhere you want, I recommend this place, if I come again, I will stay here, of course, there was a lady with glasses working at the reception, I think her name was Olga, I couldn't see her from here, thank you very much. The hotel is fine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet at night. But... I did give it only 3 stars why? Well, its the little things that make a hotel stay pleasant, and all during my stay i encountered the things that made me go, duh.. not good. First we arrived late at night, we got our room on the fifth floor, only... the elevator didnt work, so how am i supposed to get to my room without a lift... carring the luggage 5 floors was unfun. And then the little things: 1. The water pressure is low, so taking a shower takes a while. Even the toilet takes 5 mins to refill. 2. The lights, in the elevator are dark blue, so you cant really see what floor you are pressing. 3. The lights again, on each floor the lights turn off if there is no movment, but its really quick, so me fumbling for the key 3 secs means i now search for the key in the dark or dance a bit so lights will come back on. 4. The trash can, well its there but the step lever doesn't work so you have to open it with your hand. There were a few more little but annoying things so if you don't mind a bit of the small things, the hotel is cheap and clean.

It was my first time in Chisinau and I stayed in Courtyard by Marriott for 2 nights. From check in to check out, it was a memorable stay. Entire staff were amazing with good qualities of hospitality understanding. I would like to extend my appriciations to Ekta and Maxim from reception and Rynul from restaurant. Keep up the good work.

The hotel and the rooms are clean, modern, and well appointed. The room we were in was very spacious and the heated bathroom tiles are a nice touch. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. I must single out the reception staff for praise, they are very helpful in arranging transport and last minute tour suggestions, even spending a significant amount of time to help us plan our day - and refused to accept a tip when I offered one! Will definitely return for a fantastic experience.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, aber der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind sehr schlecht. Zwei junge Frauen sitzen an der Repzeption und sind überwiegend mit ihren Handys beschäftigt. Selbst beim Check-In und Check-Out, wurde nebenbei etwas mit dem Handy gemacht. Zudem wurde während der Gespräche Blickkontakt vermieden und sitzen geblieben. Als Gast hat man sich eher als Störfaktor empfunden. Das Führstücksbuffet war gut. Kaffee und Tee musste man sich aber an der Bar abholen. Die Bestellungen wurde mit einem gelangweilten Stöhnen bestätigt. Hier war auch wieder keine Kundenorientierung zu erkennen. Das hausinterne Restaurant Ludo (5. Etage) kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich nach ca. 20 Minuten Wartezeit wieder gegangen bin, da kein Kellner zu meinem gut sichtbaren Tisch kam. Hierzu muss man erwähnen, dass nur ca. 5 Gäste im Restaurant waren und ca. 5 Kellner motovationslos an der Bar saßen.

Cozy hotel with very friendly staff!! Very nicely decorated for Christmas!! 10-15 minutes walk to the center.. Lived for 4 days = Same breakfast every day: very good coffee, scrambled or boiled egg, sausages, cookies to choose from, sausage, feta cheese, juices from packages (6-7), tomatoes, cucumbers, black and white bread, butter. The hotel is VERY clean. The room has everything you need: hairdryer, kettle, cups, minibar for an extra charge. The visit would have been ideal if not for one significant drawback: I didn’t sleep well all 4 nights, because I can hear what’s going on with my neighbors perfectly, and if they’re talking, you can clearly understand the context = it’s impossible to rest!
