The room is in a very good location, opposite the lake and sand dunes. You can see the stars and fireworks at night, and enjoy the lake view and desert during the day! The check-in arrangement is well organized, and there is a WeChat group for reliable taxi calls and consultations, which is very convenient. The travel experience is also great, the package is worth the money, and the desert off-road vehicle and desert camel are most recommended! I will come again in summer if I have the chance to experience a different desert landscape!

I had planned to go to Reshui to soak in the hot springs. I had plenty of time this time, so I booked a room decisively. The hygiene was very clean, the service was good, and they were very patient. There was a public hot spring and swimming pool downstairs, and there was a bathtub hot spring in the room, which was very convenient. The water was very clean, so there was no need to worry. The breakfast was also very rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time.

Let me talk about the advantages first: the environment is very good, the surrounding is very quiet, you can drink porridge and snacks downstairs at night, sometimes you can deal with a bite as a supper. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic and the overall is very good. But there are also some so-called shortcomings that are not understood:
1. Compared with the whole season, the store does not provide welcome fruit or snacks.
2. For resident personnel, or guests who have stayed for many days in a row, laundry detergent cannot be provided. I think this is a common sense service.
3, the tap and the washbasin do not match at all, every time you wash, the water is dripping a lot.
4, the hair dryer is completely unnecessary to wrap up and put under the washbasin, every time you want to use the hair dryer will hesitate, why not hang directly on the wall to take it, or why not put the hair dryer at the front desk.
5. There is almost no coffee bag in the room, which may have something to do with the hotel room type. If there is really no, it is better to replace the coffee box directly.
6, Chifeng weather is dry, you can put some face wipe in the room, so that you will have a more experience.
7. The hotel's shampoo and shower gel are really hard to say. I always feel that I can't wash it clean. Every time I take a shower, I have to wash it for a long time. I still feel slippery. I really hate that feeling. I think it is completely a problem with the selection of shower gel and shampoo. It is a waste of water.
8, no small or small love classmates.
9. Compared with the whole season, every time the room is booked, I will take the initiative to call to ask the customer about the needs of the room, such as whether it is close to the elevator, facing south and north, etc. Although it does not affect the stay, the details are indeed not as good as others.
