The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was great. 3 onsen pools (2 outdoors, 1 indoor) and sauna. Clean and spacious. Service was awesome. Staffs friendly and helpful. Big parking lot for those driving to Chichibu. Within walking distance there is AEON, some shopping (ABC Mart, Daiso etc) and cinema

Very nice hotel, very spacious, the bathtub 🛁 is very big, the price is satisfactory, the hotel's parking lot 🅿️ also has a lot of space, the service attitude is good 🥰

Although it is a chain hotel, the price/performance ratio and supporting facilities are very good, with hot springs, saunas and ice water. There is also a supermarket and Daiso opposite. We booked a triple room and it was very spacious.

Very new, located next to the small market, 10 minutes walk to the station, opposite the hotel there is a supermarket, shopping mall, there is also a cinema in the mall, it is very convenient to buy wine back to the hotel

I thought it was a business hotel, but I was surprised by the gorgeous interior. The room was a Japanese-Western style, spacious, and the bed was great. The hot spring was the best, and there was a manga corner to enjoy after the bath. I'd like to use it again if I go to Chichibu again.
